   Horrible, i made a reservation through opentable app and when i got there they told me they don’t have any available table for me.

   We made reservations through open table. We arrived and we were told that we did not have Z table because they are not looking at the open table reservations at the time. They are too busy, they said. The restaurant should not be accepting reservations if they are too busy to check then or honor them when the customer shows up.

   Really bad service , the hoster was on her phone and did not even sit us, we have to go to her and she answers Any table you see free please that is really rude since I have a reservation

   Go here for the hookah and the lattes. The food is underwhelming, borderline gross. Beware there's an 18% service fee added to your bill. Do not tip.

   Loved going here! The girls are sweet.. the teas are amazing! Nice place to enjoy music relax and smoke hookah. Didn’t get a chance to see what their food is all about but I’m sure it’s good!

   We came on time in time for our reservation and the first person we talked to knew about our reservation and the second person came in and told us our reservation was not in their systems anymore. Instead of sitting inside in a nice table, we didn’t have a choice other than sitting outside.. I was very disappointed. This was supposed to be a good occasion for my friend’s bachelor party.

   I'm a big fan of hookah, and that hookah that I smoked in Glass Lounge was the worst I've ever tried. Firstly, the hookah was made in a small pot, it spoils the taste, and I don't understand what prevents the owners of the Glass from acquiring normal high hookah pots for their customers. Secondly, the tobacco itself. I ordered my favorite Starbuzz, but it tasted like a hay and almost did not smoke. I had to call a hookah guy and ask him to do something with my hookah, because it was impossible to smoke. But even after the hookah guy had brought a new pot, it was still impossible to smoke it. No doubt, Glass Lounge is the worst hookah place of all I know.
