   Pleasantly surprised how busy Chinatown was on a Friday night and Giovedi was packed. Nice seeing the lively atmosphere. Seating is limited inside but they have a huge enclosed patio area which were hosting large parties. We had the Cacio e Pepe which was excellent. They infused some foies gras into the butter which made it extra rich, yum. Next was the Char Siu which was also excellent. Smoked in house and not the char siu you get from chinese restaurants. It was tender and moist and a decent size serving for two. We also had the pesto pasta which was good but not great. It lacked a little flavor especially compared to the other dishes. For starters we had the milk bread with sesame butter which was also just ok. I've had milk bread elsewhere which was super soft and buttery but this one was more like a nice dinner roll and for $11 it was a bit pricey. Our other starter was the green salad which was flavorful and well balanced. Dressing was just right and the toasted bread crumbs gave it a nice crunch. It would have been nicer if it was cut up a bit more as the leaf sizes were a bit big and using baby endive would've helped the dish but hey, thats what a knife is for. I would definitely go back.

   Another fun night at Giovedi with great food, tasty drinks and wonderful service! I love that they have specials now...even though i didn't get to try any of them, it makes me want to go back ASAP!

   We walked in and the manager or hostess or whatever was so rude and told us that our entire party of 6 had to arrive before we could be seated to “respect” their servers. I’m not sure how seating at a reserved table (where they make you put a hold for $50 per person) is disrespecting anyone. If anything, they would benefit because we would order pre meal drinks. We had 3 people there before our reservation and 3 were shortly on their way. She made us wait outside where it smelled like a toilet. Then the waitress said she could seat us. Make up your mind. We lost our appetite before dinner and were so turned off by this unpleasant greeting. The food was mediocre at best. The Hokkaido milk rolls were basically dinner rolls from the grocery store and the crab meat pasta was more crab shell than crab meat. The pasta is rice or egg noodles, not pasta. Save your money and time.

   Wow, this place has some delicious food! Ambience was perfect for date night. We met the owners, and they were so nice and welcoming. They were both working so hard. We loved every single dish, and my spritzer was so refreshing! I do wish their portions were a bit bigger, but overall, quality of food and service was amazing. I can’t wait to come back with my girlfriends!

   Wonderful service and delicious interesting food. Definitely recommend the pasta dishes in particular. We loved the fusion flavors.

    One of the best culinary experiences I have had in a long time! Everything we ordered disappeared almost instantly after it was set on our table. There is nothing on this menu that isn’t absolutely delicious! I 1000% recommend this place for any date night or friend outing!
