   Nice new Irish Pub restaurant in Walnut Creek. The food was tasty and the dining room was nicely designed. The Guinness on tap was delightful. The only down side is the restaurant there is no Irish music! The dueling pianos is a nice touch, but so would booking some live Irish music. That may come as the Gibson’s Pub establishes itself in the community.

   Not a good experience tonight. The service was terrible. We waited so long for someone to say Hello. The order was all mess up, so was the bill.

   So much fun. Our reservation was in the entertainment room (?) for dinner near the dueling pianos! The appetizers and dinner came out quick and were really good (fish n chips, and the steak). The cocktails were good, bar was packed so understandable that they took a bit. The dueling pianos that played from 9-12 (Travis and Dave) were amazing, highly recommend!

   Great fun! The dueling piano players are super talented, playing, singing and getting the room involved. Food was much better than expected, try the Irish Egg Rolls, the Guiness Irish Stew and the Irish Boxty. Guiness on tap followed by Irish coffee - perfect. Service was friendly and efficient. Great choice for a bunch of folks who want a guaranteed good time!!

   Thank you Gibsons for providing a great experience! Met up with friends and enjoyed a birthday dinner and show in downtown Walnut Creek at one of Gibsons dueling piano evenings. The piano players were thoroughly entertaining! And the audience participation was a big plus, especially the ‘Sublime Chorus’. Will return for the dueling pianos and great food and cocktails. Looking forward to more evenings at Gibsons, especially for the dueling pianos experience. Our party reserved the entertainment experience for the show through the open table app and called Gibsons to add more people to our party. Since it was a special occasion it was nice to be guaranteed a table for the entire show. We were seated at a table in front of the piano’s when we arrived, which was not as loud as I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend.

    Our server was terrible, second time this happened where they had to take our order twice because it wasn’t in the system only to have 2 sets of food arrive at our table at different times and we had to request it taken off of our check. Both times, the waitress didn’t even bother to remove the duplicate orders without us having to ask and remind her. The service is also bad overall, I have eaten here 5 times and the service was bad 4/5 where our water wasn’t refilled, we didn’t have correct amount if utensils, sides we asked for didn’t arrive and they didn’t check on us at all. The food is decent for the price. Great place to watch games which is why I keep going back but keep your standards low if you’re expecting more.
