Second time here - absolutely delicious! My friend and I both had the chicken parm and loved it! Enough for us to both take some home for lunch tomorrow. Our server was just delightful!

All around outstanding. They personally called to confirm the reservation and noted my eating lifestyle (vegetarian) from my OpenTable profile. I was blown away at that level of attention to detail. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the table-side pasta. But everything was delicious! I will definitely return here.

I’m an employee at Gianni & Mac’s and was waiting for the chance to eat as a guest, and that chance came tonight. My girlfriend and I came on a date night to celebrate her birthday, and we were greeted warmly - she was even wished a happy birthday by a manager! Our server, Josh, was incredibly kind and helpful, the food was outstanding, and the complimentary birthday dessert was the cherry on top! Definitely a 10/10 experience, I can’t wait to dine here again!

This was the second visit. The first visit was better. Pasta on both occasions was slightly overcooked ( not al dente!) Service this time was terrible. The young man has a lot to learn. Last time service was good. The team at the door is doing a solid job.

I'm very charmed by this restaurant. Last night was the first time I sat at an actual table - they've been so busy since opening, I've only been able to snag a seat at the bar in the past. Make a reservation! I have enjoyed everything I've eaten here, and have found the staff to be generally knowledgeable and kind.

Our server was excellent, but the restaurant was so obviously short staffed. Food was not hot when I received it, but in the spirit of not wanting to ruin my dear friend’s celebration I did not send it back. Such a huge disappointment.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff gracious, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We had intended to eat a full dinner, but after eating the charcuterie board we just couldn't eat any more! There was a lot of food on the board... all of it delicious! The truffle burrata is amazing! We tried 3 cheeses/3 meats and all were exceptional. Started with a cocktail (the Incanto) which is very refreshing. Wine list is nice. Can't wait to return to try entrees! Gianni's food is always amazing!
