   All good things take time. That said, the overall food was very good but it did not meet our expectations, having eaten at Prime 13 in Point Pleasant for so many years. We will be back again though.

   2nd time in my life...walked out after 2 1/2 hours. We go out to dinner 3-4 times a week. This by far was our worst night out in our 37 years of marriage. Drinks overpriced...I can live with that but food not coming out for hours and when the first 2 meals came out, they were ice cold and over cooked! Prime Rib Special was asked for medium rare...came out well done! It also an embarrassing cut...about a quarter inch! 2 other dinners never came out. We waited 15 minutes after arrival of first 2 dinners and then said time to go. Loudest place we’ve ever had dinner at! Wine list was triple priced!😡. Don’t waste your time...too many other choices then here!

   The service was incredible, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

   Sister restaurant to one in Point Pleasant. The food was great, had a wedge salad and Delmonico which I enjoyed. My wife had the strip steak and enjoyed it as well. Expected it to be pricey and was not disappointed. You don't go to a steak place for less than 65. per. The Noise level was high. We asked for a hightop with the reservation (as we know the layout of the restaurant from past visits under different names), but they gave us a regular table. Very little sound buffers, so when a large party came in, we could not hear each other. Would have liked better service. It was spotty at best. 15 min before the first drink, another 15 to order. (They did keep the water glasses filled....). The food outweighed everything, but would love to see some minor adjustments.

   The food was amazing! Have been to location in Point Pleasant and it was just as tasty but has a FULL BAR! Would recommend going if you would like an outstanding meal!

   The food was good. The training of the staff was abysmal. Upon entering I asked the young lady at the desk whether they had a coat room. She replied “I don’t know.” We then carried our coats and put them on our chairs. The server was destroying the cork in attempting to open the wine and had to call someone else to do it. When my wife got desert, myself and a guest were given a small sharing plate. The server asked if we were ok and I asked if we could please also have 2 forks. She seemed surprised and asked “ you want forks?”. I almost said no, put the dish on the floor and we’ll eat it like dogs. Again, the food was good but the above issues, coupled with a less than great ambiance was tough to overcome. I won’t be running back anytime soon.
