   Everything was great, the only thing that was an issue is I made reservations two weeks ago and I wasn’t on the list but the girl that helped us she honored the email confirmation I had and seated us. The other thing was being that it was our first visit when we went to the bar and asked questions about the different drinks they have the bartender was not helpful at all, he shrugged his shoulders as if he didn’t know about the different drinks or he just plain and simply didn’t wasn’t to explain. He was rude and short with his words, I didn’t catch his name but he was a tall blonde guy. The food was great, the guacamole was delicious, the girls that helped us great.

   No reservation needed unless party of 8 or above. Seat yourself. Food service gives off a chipotle vibe so it is not the best trying to order.

   We had reservations. They had the table reserved but to get food, you had to stand in a line like Chipotle. It was a Friday night and the line was really long. We stood in line for about 10 minutes and it didn't move much -- there were still at least 20 people ahead of us -- so we left. Based on the line, the food must be really good. But...it is not a restaurant which should be taking reservations which implies that it is a higher end place.

   We were surprised there is no table or cocktail service. The food is cafeteria style and the service in the bar was very slow. Very reasonably priced.

   There's no host station to check in at. The first few employees we asked knew nothing about taking reservations, they said it was a first come, first serve place. You stand in line and they make to order like you would at a fast food place. Finally, the person doing the expediting of the food knew about it, and said it's a fairly new concept there. She was able to check us in, but again, no actual reserved table/seating. Food was good and reasonably priced.
