Welcome to Chandler’s all-new, all-day hangout featuring gourmet from-scratch fare served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Housed inside a beautifully restored mid-century building on Washington Street, our name is both a nod to the Founding Father, as well as our welcoming neighborhood approach.     I’d like to try dinner next time-breakfast was not the best especially for the pricing. Soggy scrambled eggs, and the sausage was really hard to cut.

    The drinks were all named after famous men named George. That was so fun and whimsical. The pizza was amazing!  The side order of beats with the whipped goat cheese was delicious!

    Beautiful place! We were able to sit on the patio and loved the ambiance. Great service and good food, though the broccolini was very hard and my knife couldn’t even cut through it! It would be great if a happy hour was offered. We’ll be back.

    We had lunch at George and Gather. Our food was delivered in s timely fashion and enjoyed by everyone. Our server was busy but kept checking on us and kept our drinks filled. Our only complaint was that it was very noisy in the restaurant. This will not keep us from returning though. A great new addition to Downtown Chandler!

    We had the goat cheese spread app which was amazing and split the pulled pork sandwich. The pulled pork was delicious with just the right amount of sauce. You must try the cheesecake! We had Dallin as our server and he did a wonderful job. Ambience is the best and the staff is friendly.

    Excellent service at the bar, very attentive and provided recommendations. Third visit and tried a few new things. The kale salad was great, they even split it for us. Braised short rib was a very generous portion, tender and flavorful. Loved the sourdough crust on the pizza, tried the chicken pesto. Overall it was good, my preference would be to omit the lemon oil next time, but those I shared it with loved it as offered. Will definitely be back to try the honey apricot cheesecake.

    I really love George and Gather. Food is great. Ambience inside is excellent. We sat out on the patio tonight and the tables were so close together that I thought the friends I was meeting had brought other people. It was hard to hear each other because the tables were so close. I was practically elbow to elbow with the person at the next table. My recommendation is to sit inside if possible. The patio is a nice space but the tables are way too close together.
