Ambience fair-the place was empty. After ordering some wine our server came back 3 times to verify the wine we wanted and to verify they had it. They did not. We ended up with something totally different which wasn’t very good. Food was very mediocre-the sushi grade tuna was anything but. Would not recommend this restaurant.

The food was okay, we had an 8pm reservation and while the restaurant doesn’t close until 11, at 9:45 pm we were the last people in the restaurant and they were shooing us out. The staff kept hovering, asking over and over if we needed anything else, bringing in cleaning supplies loudly and a mop to start cleaning up, then just standing there staring. My husband and our guests from out of town both finally stood up and said “they are obviously waiting for us to leave, let’s just go”. Our dinner came out around 8:45, it wasn’t as though we were loitering. Couldn’t believe this happened at a restaurant with such great service reviews, where Ive had positive experiences in the past. It was embarrassing. Won’t go back again.

Great spot for dinner before Syracuse Stage event. Great food and service was wonderful. Beautiful atmosphere.

First time dining at this restaurant, and overall very pleased. Did not realize it was a restaurant in a hotel when I booked last minute, but it turned out to be an unexpected good experience, considering. The service was great - both host and servers. Very much appreciated the variety of food on the menu; and all three meals were on the upside of 'good'.

Classy, boutique hotel. Beautiful furnishings. Food wasn’t creative and menu was limited. Service was excellent though.

Very nice early Friday dinner. I had the blackened salmon. My husband had the fried fish. Everything was delicious right down to the veggies!
