The plains of Southern Brazil are filled with grazing cattle enjoying the vast pastures. These cattle are the source for the famous and centuries old Brazilian “Churrasco” barbecues. It was at these gatherings where Brazilian cowboys or “gauchos” would prepare large pieces of meat and slowly cook them over open flame pits. Our traditional gaucho chefs still follow these traditions to preserve the flavors of each cut of meat. We feature unlimited tableside service of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. We also feature a gourmet salad bar, and various traditional side dishes to complement the meats. You can control your service with a small green and red-sided card. The green side tells the gaucho chefs to bring out skewers of sizzling meats to the table while the red signals a stopping point. To re-start service, simply display the green side again.

Our Cuts Are the following

  • Argentinian Grass feed NY Strip

    A tender cut of beef with intense flavor and marbling. Seasoned with rock salt

    • Picanha

      Noble part of the top sirloin. Seasoned with rock salt. Chefs Special

      • Gaucho Steak

        Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

        • Filet Mignon

          A very lean and flavorful cut of meat

          • Fraldinha

            One of our more flavorful cuts, the fraldinha comes from the bottom portion of sirloin

            • Ribeye

              Seasoned with rock salt and fajita seasoning

              • Costela de Boi

                Slow cooked for about 4 to 5 hours. Seasoned with rock salt

                • Linguiça

                  Delicious Brazilian style pork sausage

                  • Lamb Chops and Lamb Sirloin

                    Specially marinated with wine, mint, and lemon pepper

                    • Pork Belly

                      Marinated with white wine, lemon pepper, and rock salt

                      • Frango

                        Chicken wings marinated in beer. Chicken breast wrapped in bacon

                        • Grilled Shrimp

                          Marinated with garlic and our special seasoning

                          • Grilled Pineapple

                            Tropical Pineapple seasoned with a touch of cinnamon sugar

                              The waitstaff and food were amazing. It seemed louder than the last time we were in. This is a big treat for our family. We enjoy our time eating here.

                              Great service, great food ,and great atmosphere! Went to salad bar then sat down and flipped card to green and the meats came flying!

                              Excellent food and service. Waitstaff was very attentive but not intrusive. Food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.

                              Food was amazing, we enjoyed all the options at the salad bar and the meat selections were are flavorful and delicious. The staff were attentive and wonderful. We love Brazilian steakhouses and Gauchos Do Sul is by far our favorite. The quality and quantity are equally superb!

                              The salad bar was exceptional…selection and quality were 5Star! The prime filet was also spectacular.

                              Too much noise and traffic all over the table . we felt like we been rushed to eat and leave for next turnaround!! It is not a quiet place to enjoy dinner slowly and socialize at the same time. not a relaxing place. Aggressive servers is the right word.

                              Fantastic from start to finish. All the food was amazing and the meat flavors were distinct. The salad bar is incredible and very diverse. The service is better here than any other restaurant we have visited in the past 5 years.
