   Buffet wasn't ready right away and wasn't very good on this day. Little disappointed. Also, bathroom was very dirty. Hadn't been here in a few years and seems like it's gone downhill.

   Made reservations actually for 4 and when the lady said they don't do business with OpenTable so we had to wait for an available booth. There was another party ahead of us and instead of guiding us to our table, the lady just said over there. Which I don't know what over there meant. We all decided to do the buffet which was $11.99 per person and $5.99 for kids the age of 10 and under. Majority of the time , we had to asked for our water to be filled, I ordered a Chai tea and it took a while until I was informed that they ran out of Chai tea and was making it. The buffet was not bad but they ran out of naan bread, rice pudding and spoons. My expectations for a buffet is it's ok that they ran out of food but it should not take 30 mins to an hour to refill the food. Anytime things were addressed, the lady did try to ask the kitchen about it so it's out of her control.

   Ever since my husband took me there the 1st time I've loved Gateway. Their food is amazing, their staff is top notch so it is am amazing culinary experience your taste buds will celebrate. What Open Table can improve is THEIR knowledge of the restaurants so they do not let you set a reservation for when the restaurant is NOT open. On Sundays Gateway doesn't even open till NOON so we were there for 15 minutes waiting as our reservation was for 11:45.

   First time visit to this restaurant and first time for Indian food. We dined early on a Firday night (5:30) so there were only 4-5 tables of patrons. This likely also contributed to all the attention we had by the wait staff. We ordered Marsla chicken and Jinga shrimp. My wife doesn't do spice so she order the chicken mild. I wasn't sure if hot really meant hot so I order Med for the shrimp. Both dishes had very good flavor. The shrimp was definitely a medium in my book so I will likely try hot next time, which unfortunately means my wife won't try it. We also had a bread called spinach naan. Oh my gosh, that was really good! Tasted great dipped in the vegetarian soup. Great restaurant. We will be back!

   The people here really care about your experience. You go here for the food and the service and that is what you get. We go here 1-2 times a month and have never been let down.

   The wait staff seemed a wee bit harried, but they managed to keep up with the service. I would say that they still need a little more experience and training and in time they will have a four star rating. Menu items are always well prepared and I noted a distinct change in our usual appetizer. The portion was cut, but the quality was better. Not that it was bad before. They did miss the order for some bread, but that was not anything we couldn't get over. We really didn't need it anyway. Other than that, the food was awesome and we were able to get reservations on a Friday night. By the way this place clears out about 1900 and becomes even better.

    We were in town on Business and as always i turn to OpenTable and the GF turns to Yelp.. We got a glowing recommendation from a friend and so we went to check out this awesome place. I ordered the Lamb Tandoori at a spicy level 6 which is Indian Hot, the food was awesome. Besides it being to hot to eat because it was served right off the stove it was awesome. The Garlic Naan is really good and a nice size also, everything is really well cooked and the staff is really nice.
