   Fixed Price 3 or 4 course menu w/ or w/out wine pairing is a spring time tradition. Only offered for a few weeks, as the students near graduation. It's AMAZING. Everything. All of it.

   We finally dined at The Gatehouse Restaurant after hearing so much about it, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From start to finish, the experience was spectacular. Every dish was beautifully presented, made with incredibly fresh ingredients, and bursting with flavor. The salads, appetizers, and entrées were all outstanding. What made the evening even more special was the thoughtful service. The student staff went out of their way to make fresh pasta for our kids, which was such a kind and memorable touch. It’s rare to find a place that combines culinary excellence with such genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be recommending The Gatehouse to our friends and family—and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

   The professionalism, passion and enthusiasm was so evident in the student wait staff! And my compliments to the chefs for an outstanding 4 course lunch. All courses were perfectly prepared and the wine pairings very much complemented the food. I highly recommend this restaurant for an extraordinary wine country lunch! I definitely will return.

   The students were very attentive. It was really fun interacting with them. The food was excellent and the plating beautiful - they really paid attention to the details. It was nice that they explained the dishes to us.

   This was an enjoyable treat as we were not initially aware that we could enjoy a great meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing even when we didn't know what some of the descriptions were. The staff was a fantastic learning experience for them as some were a little timid in speaking with the customers. The noise level was a little higher than I had hoped as they were playing some adult contemporary music. I had wished they were playing some classical or other instrumental music at a reduced volume. Overall, I would highly encourage anyone who stops by to make reservations! We set up our reservations a day in advance. This was a delightful experience, especially since we were unaware that we could enjoy a wonderful meal prepared by the students currently enrolled here. The food was amazing, even though we were unfamiliar with some of the descriptions. The staff was fantastic, providing a valuable learning experience, although some of them appeared a bit timid when speaking with customers.    Only complaint is music was too loud for us to talk easily. (Husband hard of hearing). Everything else absolutely stellar. Loved seeing these budding chefs and restauranteurs honing their craft. Delightful experience with delicious courses so elegantly prepared and served. May they achieve their dreams!

    There were four of us for lunch on Thursday. It was the first day of a cycle for the students, which made them a little tentative, and which was charming. The instructors were on site, like proud hens watching their chicks perform. It was all delicious and delightful. We will go again soon.
