   The restaurant was really slow for a Sunday evening. So I don't understand why the service was pretty slow also. Our waiter was very polite but he didn't need to question what I ordered. The sashimi was pretty good but a little over price for the area that the restaurant is in. Its also great that they have green tea fried ice cream here!

   I wish I could rate this place zero stars! I made reservations through open table and when I arrived they had zero knowledge of what open table was. Every single person on staff spoke very little English and communication was very very difficult. The waiter never came to check on us to see if everything was okay and on top of that my water was never refilled even after requesting twice. I will never recommend this place to anyone neither will I ever return.

   Carrollton isn't a dining mecca so Gangnam Sushi is a very welcome new neighbor! I'm not a sushi expert of any sort but a few more visits here will vastly improve my palate. Plenty of tasty options for the non-sushi eaters too. Nice dining room, attentive service...the hostess (who I think is also an owner) noticed my companion wasn't well versed in chopstick use and promptly created a "training" set for her. Food was fresh, arrived quickly and almost too pretty to eat. I'll certainly return.

   This was a wonderful find via an online deal site. The food was authentic, original, and delicious. Excellent service by a friendly waiter who explained our meal in detail. Highly recommended.
