The games were fun and 2 hours was just perfect. The noise level was low to my surprise. I found the place to be very clean, including the game machines...that was a plus. The food was OK but not great. The service was excellent. Tyler was our server and she was friendly and on the mark.

We chose GameTime Ocoee for my daughter’s birthday brunch! Our waiter, Brogan, was phenomenal! The Chicken and Waffles were delicious, you just get waaaaay too many waffles for the one piece of chicken! They could improve the ratio by adding another piece of chicken and taking away 2 waffles! The kids had a great time and they all enjoyed their pizzas. Afterward, all of the adults started making plans to come back without the kids! :-)

My wife’s and my food was salty. Her waffles was cold and the chicken was extra salty. Overall the food was okay.

I would definitely revisit this Gametime location for the games. However, the food definitely left something to be desired. The host was incredibly accommodating to our group of 9 that showed up late. The food took longer than average, but the kids had plenty do to while we waited. The chicken tenders were less than appetizing and the chicken on the salad was mediocre but we dealt w it. We have one in Daytona by us that is great, but this location was a central meeting point for a fun family evening. I would NOT eat at the Ocoee location again due to the quality of the food, but would revisit the arcade.

The only thing I would say is great about this restaurant is the arcade. The dining side of this place is horrible. They do not really pay attention to the reservations in open table according to the manger I spoke to. I made reservation 2 weeks in advance. They attempted to squeeze 8 ppl in a booth. That’s when the manager explained open table is a third party and they accommodate others first. Our dirty appetizer dishes sat on our table the entire time as we had to make servers request for them to be removed. They ran out of buffalo chicken wraps at 8pm. So we orders something else and asked if we were still abale to get the game cards because they didn’t have our option. The waiter basically told us no and the manger made it seem like he was doing us a favor. The sad part is this is my second time experience horrible customer service at this place. You would think with a great environment and anwesoem arcade they would try to keep this place up. Highly disappointed
