   Food prices have definitely gone up. Price listed online way lower than in business. My family was seated next to the salad bar in front of the wine rack and received minimal food traffic. Our server was great and maintained our drinks and plates great. The meat was not seasoned very well and at times was overcooked and tough. This used to be my families favorite Brazilian restaurants but we will most likely be going back to the big name restaurants, especially for the price we paid $65 per person.

   They brought out a lot of poor cuts of meat some of the meat was old. Some of the food was cold and very disappointed. This will be our last time going there.

   There is no excuse if it was a holiday or not, waiting 30 minutes for a waiter to not only greet us but to give us water, plates, or anything is beyond disappointing. Then after those 30 minutes of waiting and finally getting water and a partial server, I took matters into my own hands and got a plate from the salad bar for the meats in which a span of 20-25 minutes only received 3 different meats, so I decided that this was not the experience I want and requested for a manager…

   We’ve eaten here multiple times with great experiences, but Valentines Day 2025 was disappointing and service lacked big time. It seemed to be over booked and understaffed; wait times were horrible and limited meat selections were coming to our table. They packed tables in the party room and it felt not so romantic. This never happened here before. The valentines rate was higher than normal rate and we got less for our money. We saw a couple leave bc no one approached their table or ever took a drink order. We had to find a waiter for drinks and sides. I think the ambience and intention was there but the delivery of service didn’t match.

   Our waitress Veronica was amazing. I was disappointed in the frequency of meat choices. It seemed that we had to continually request meat to come to our table.

    Always a great experience here, my go to date night restaurant. Food is always excellent.
