   We had 9pm reservations, we went to check in and they told me that we couldn't get a lane until 10pm. I politely asked what was the point of reservations if I have to wait until a hour? They were able to get us a lane at 930pm. Two 12 year olds cost $35..... next time, I'll pass.

   Very overpriced for the bowling. Workers were friendly but not very good at the service part. Our spot was never completely cleaned off from the group before us. Our lane stopped working a couple of times. Disappointed.

   A great place to have fun with the family. Enjoyed the atmosphere and playing bowling. Definitely will come here again.

   The experience was fun with the kids but there wasn't enough employees to attend all the customers needs...

   Our Lane (Lane 3) malfunctioned and wouldn't work. We were easily moved to Lane 4. About five minutes later, we were moved to Lane 10. Each time, more play time was added. Technical difficulties arise. Thus it was no real issue. However, the desk did not keep us informed very well so it was a bit confusing knowing what was going on or if we were cleared to play. Communication solves 90% of all issues and ensures all are 100% informed.

   Kids had fun bowling and the mozzarella sticks were good. Fun atmosphere. Can't wait for our next trip to Cabana Bay we def will do bowling again

   I love staying at Cabana Bay but our experience at Galaxy Bowl was lackluster. Service was terrible. They didn't take our order until we went to get service at the front desk. Also they kicked us out of the game smack in the middle. When I asked to extend our time to finish the game they said no because there was a party using our lane right after. The next group didn't get there until 40 minutes after we left the lane. We could've easily finished the game. Was not impressed at all by quality of service. This is a definite no for us in the future.

    I enjoyed the experience. I was a little disappointed that my reservation said 9 to 10:30 but when I got to the restaurant we had the lane for 60 min and just over 50 dollars for 3 bowlers (separately billed from the food bill). It was neat that you could eat right where you bowl but I felt rushed eating in order to complete our second game within the time limit. It ended up being just shy of $100 total.
