The chef is amazing due to his unique fushion of worldly foods. He could match the best of the best LA and NYC executive chefs any day. We have frequented Fuze for six years and never have had anything remotely mediocre. Steve, the executive chef, has a passion for fresh food with inspirations from our shore to different continents. Service is also primo and only happy faces are will be seen at Fuze.

Always great food and drinks. People there are wonderful. We go every time we are in Avalon. If you want upscale service, that is the place you want to be! Best place in Avalon, NJ

We went to Fuze to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Everything was just perfect. We especially loved the great service and friendly conversation with our bartender Walt. Our dinners were perfect. We both had the Halibut. We will definitely be back!

Great, friendly bar staff. The food is always good. We had fresh, local flounder and scallops. The "first seating" menu is a great value if you are seated before 6:00.

This was a really nice meal. The bronzino, pork dish and scallops were excellent. The odd decor ( 80's vibe all black, gray and dark) kind of works! We will be back for sure!

Fuze was an unexpected surprise. The piano player was really a nice touch and the food For the most part delightful. The grilled swordfish was very flavorful and my guest loved the octopus appetizer...but the ceasar salad was bland and no anchovy, what's with that? My main complaint was the decor...sort of 80's bad. I'm just saying, time to match the decor to the food.
