   Delightful, intimate setting with excellent service, Fusion had delicious, fresh food. Hot dishes were piping; salads crisp and up to par.

   LOVED!!! Everything was amazing, brussel sprouts and chicken skewer was great! Got their tea as well and the tea cups were so cute! Perfect date for my husband and I

   Food quality, taste, decor, ambiance, service was top notch. Will visit this restaurant again with friends and family. Price was reasonable and affordable. Keep up the good work.

   The food was excellent. However, the service was below expectations. Upon arrival there was no hostess at the front, so we had to wait several minutes until one of the wait staff sat us. Then it was several minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. Then several more minutes before our food order was taken. I witnessed around a dozen people who had finally been seated walk out due lack of service. Others left after waiting several minutes for someone to come to the front to attempt to seat them. The restaurant is very understaffed. However, the employees are very nice and try their best. This review is for February 14, 2025, Valentines Day.

   The atmosphere and food were good. We were there on Valentines Day and so they had a special menu, not the regular menu. The kitchen was clearly short staffed for that night. I thought the price was high for what was received, but again this was Valentines Day.

   Our server was very attentive and made recommendations. We ordered the Greek salad which had a balsamic vinaigrette dressing, which I don’t care for. The chef made me a lemon vinaigrette which was excellent. They really go the extra mile to please you. We ordered the lamb kabobs which were perfectly cooked medium rare and the beef lamb Kofta kabob. The food was delicious and the portions were large. Our food was seasoned well and was very reasonable. We will definitely going back to Fusion Mediterranean. The service was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Dropped in for lunch while in the area. We were not disappointed. The food here is very good. Both the lamb and beef kebobs were seasoned, tender and cooked to perfection. The pita bread was very fresh and warm. The cumin infused hummus with olive oil was absolutely delicious giving it a bold flavor. Our server, Lo? provided friendly service throughout our meal. This was our first time dining here and we would dine here again if in the area.

   This is some of the best Mediterranean food I have had in Dallas. The Tabouli was fresh, kabobs were cooked perfectly, pita was fresh and warm. The server was pleasant. I enjoyed the quiet, calm ambience. Full bar too.

    Great experience. Doesn’t look like much for the outside but this place is a win! Amazing food-every single dish we got. Try the shrimp, chicken and lamb all so tasty. Service was fantastic. Sat in a comfortable booth. Great wine. Bravo! Can wait to go back.
