Fusion East is a unique twist on the traditional vision of a “fusion” menu. Traditionally, we think of Asian fusion only in the culinary world. Fusion East will be different because it is an Afro Fusion with a menu of the finest dishes from the Afro – Caribbean and Afro – American cultures. The “East” reflects its location in the formerly struggling but now rebuilding community of East New York. In addition to a delicious culinary menu, Fusion East will also offer quality evening entertainment on some nights highlighting the special talents from the world of comedy, poetry and music.

Fusion East will be a source of great food, service, ambiance and entertainment for the community who will no longer have to travel to far off parts of NYC for these options. The restaurant will serve as a shining example of the future of East Brooklyn and be a destination for local residents and foreign visitors to NYC in search of authentic Soul food and Caribbean food.

Well I made a reservation for 11:30pm. Drove all the way there o my to find out they close at 11pm. Informed them they need to update there times on Open Table as it was obviously An inconvenience. Had to eat white castles!

Owner or manager needs to welcome guests and interact with them more. Good for the neighborhood because there is nothing else at this time - however not the greatest unless hospitality improves
