   Showed up at the Reserved time and they told us they were not taking reservations the wait was an hour and 45 minutes and they would text when are table was ready! We were never seated.

   The hostess informed my group that even though my name was clearly on her computer screen she didn’t know if she should give me the table I reserved. The manager came out and explained that they stopped taking reservations and immediately dismissed me to tend to other customers. So do not eat here if you want quality customer service and if for some reason you still want to eat here then do not use this app to make a reservation. Worst I’ve ever been treated in an restaurant

   Twin peaks did not honor my reservation with open table. The host told me that they had blocked all reservations on open table. I just don’t see the point of twin peaks having this option if there not going to honor it when the customer arrives. Very frustrating!!

   Our waitress served us less frequently as single men. Others were observed not taking care of customers. Servers were hanging around chatting with coworkers rather than with patrons.

   The service was ok considering how busy they were but all of our food that came out was luke warm at best. We also ordered another round of drinks after dinner with dessert and after 30 minutes of no service we closed out and left.

   I called to reserve a table or place my name on the waiting list. There was no answer. I reserved a table through the open table website, waited in my car for 25 minutes only to find out that they don’t use the app, and I waited in my car for nothing. The wait for a table for 2 was over an hour long. There was no apology or attempt to make up for the inconvenience. I went somewhere else for dinner.

   The girls up front were excellent, seating us quickly even when very busy on a fight night. The food was exactly as expected, bar food. Overall service was a bit slow, but it was a packed house. The stumbling block was the bartending. This should be a strong point for a sports bar. It was not. If a drink is featured on the menu, getting the correct ingredients should be a given. After two failed attempts, I ended up just ordering a beer.

   Having been to other Twin Peaks restaurants and enjoyed the experience this one was disappointing. I waited a good 20 minutes before being approached for my drink order. I had the chicken fried steak which in other places has been great, this one was lukewarm and dried out. The 'DJ' started up early and was hawking drinks while most were trying to watch the UFC...which could not be heard at any point due to the awful freakin music. We asked 4 separate times for the fight to be put on a TV across from us to no avail. We eventually left after just one fight of the main card due to the 'music' and the incessant chatter from the DJ...sad for a Twin Peaks.
