   The food and atmosphere was great, service was terrible. Definitely did not deserve the 20% gratuity

   So my experience overall was great! From the time we walked in to seating and having our orders taken. The menu was good & the shareables that we had were good as well. So this is where it gets tricky. The drinks were good, me and my 2 sister had about 2 drinks each. They billed the drink separately from the liquor that goes in the drinks. Weird! The price that’s listed on the menu wasn’t the price on our final tab. We were even charged for the puree that goes in the drinks!

   Overall good location and nice vibe. It was busy and service was on the slower side. Our waitress was nice. I did not realize it was part hookah lounge. There was a forced 20% gratuity.

   The service is not worth the automatic gratuity added to the bill no matter table size. We made reservations but upon walking into the establishment we were advised to seat ourselves anywhere we’d like. The music was so loud that my bestie and I could hardly hear each other as well as the waiter had a hard time hearing us. The waiter was also responsible for making our drinks since there wasn’t a bartender yet. The overall establishment seemed to be disorganized, understaffed and lacking attention to detail.

   The food was delicious. It was fresh and made to order. The deviled eggs were splendid and the biscuits are some of the best we’ve ever had. The drinks are unique and tasty.

   FRNDS is a vibe for any time. Girls night out, date night, or just dinner for the family. You will never go wrong with choosing FRNDS. From the concierge when you walk up to the wait staff and the managers who walk around to every table making sure your night is nothing less than amazing. Let’s not forget the best part, the food, omg the flavors the presentation the way it makes your tummy and heart smile you will never regret coming to FRNDS.

    Cool experience. Would go back because of the scenery. But they did accommodate me pretty well
