We are proud to say that our family has served the Northern Berkshires since 1986. And the community is part of us. We host many different events like: Weddings, Showers, Graduations, Birthdays, Anniversaries, World Series gatherings, Super Bowl parties & more. We welcome you to our family.

We always wanted the Freight Yard Pub to cater to all different types of people. “It’s like a mixing pot of people,” says owner Colleen Taylor. “Where else can one see so many different walks of life in one place be so comfortable and at ease. It’s because they all know they are welcome here.”

Say hello when you come in. We are Sean and Colleen Taylor, Brother and Sister. We grew up in the northern Berkshires and started working together in high school. Our front of the house manager, Malinda, has been with us for many years and recently married Sean. Please, welcome her to our family, too.

This is our passion. We are glad that you are here.

Great waitress on a busy Saturday afternoon outside on the patio, burgers were good , fries could have been warm and crispy. Appetizers were delicious.

The place was understaffed and disorganized. We didn’t even have an opportunity to check in for the reservation, people were shoving themselves ahead of the line, and rather than waiting another 25 minutes, we left. Not at all the fault of the hostess, you can tell she was trying her best.
