Freebird a Farm-to-Table Restaurant with a Globally Inspired Menu using mostly local, organic produce.
Petrea Place, where the Freebird Restaurant is located, is the Nature Retreat Centre for the Wild Fowl Trust Bird Sanctuary and educational facility.
Petrea Place is also a Bed and Breakfast and an event venue location.
At Freebird, guests can expect Chef Rhe-Anne Callender to deliver a very eclectic menu offering with fantastic flavour profiles in a setting that will encourage a return trip ;-)
Tea on Thursday and Brunch on Sunday are the current days of opening. The "Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich" and "Goat Barbarcoa" are fan favorites as well as the "Mushroom and Merguez Flatbread"!
We are located about 15 minutes north of San Fernando in the Petrotrin Compound in Pointe-a-Pierre.
