   I have been going to Franco's for many years and I am disappointed for the very first time. The staff brought the wrong pasta and it took about 40 minutes to get it replaced. Meanwhile the other diner completed her meal and had it packaged up and waiting. Then the bill came and the waiter charged us for both pasta dishes! Also, there was a patron overserved in the bar cackling like a hyena for an hour, which wasn't the staff's fault but it was super annoying!

   We had the best experience! The food was great and I was so happy there was a gluten free pasta option. The service was beyond amazing. Vern, our server was so attentive, sweet and funny. He made our night out that much more enjoyable We will absolutely come back!!!

   We were seated immediately. I had the pappardelle mushroom pasta. It was absolutely delicious. My friend had the eggplant which she didn’t really like. She said it was watery and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The service was very good. We sat outside. It was a beautiful evening.

   This was our first visit to this restaurant. It was excellent. Our server Paola was very nice as was the entire staff. The complimentary bruschetta and fresh bread was delicious. Our meals were cooked perfectly. We will be back!!

   Perfect in every way, the pappardelle Amalfi was so delicious. The chicken Parmesan was also great. Huge portions, attentive service.

   We never saw a Manager (or owner). Even when we had a complaint he or she never came to the table. We used to come here very often when it was owned by Franco and his daughter and ut was way more personal. Now we didn't feel appreciated at all. And it's not a cheap restaurant!

   Francos is typically one of my favorite restaurants but for this visit, (a) the waitress was less than attentive, and (b) the food was mediocre.

   As usual, food was very good. We’ve eaten here many times and this is the first time that the service wasn’t great. Waitress needs some training.

    Food was lacking in quality and presentation. Bread and butter had to be requested. So very noisy that it was impossible to hear.
