Fraiche (French for Fresh) is a fresh take on culinary fusion with inspiration from multiple cultures (including French, Cajun/Southern American, and Caribbean). This is also a fresh take on the historic architecture of the venue, which was once a theater.

Fraiche is designed to be a non-pretentious culinary destination with a nod to upscale dining without the stuffiness. The menu is constructed in a way that takes approachable and recognizable food and elevates it, with no flavor left behind!

Since the beginning of time, food has brought people together and that is our ultimate goal with this concept.

My husband and I went to Fraîche to celebrate his 40th birthday. The food was outstanding and we noticed Matt walking around and interacting with patrons several times. Our server knew the menu and was able to make the appropriate recommendations based on allergies and dietary restrictions. We had the oxtail meatballs, butter kissed lamb chops, and French Quarter Risotto. We also had the Golden Sage to drink. Again, everything was delicious and we look forward to coming back!

The food was overall excellent and the service was top tier. The GM, manager and chef all came to our table to speak with us and make sure were having a great dining experience. I would definitely go back again.

Hands down the best food I’ve had in a longgggggg time. The drinks took forever but overall the experience was nothing short of amazing. I will definitely be returning for more oxtail meatballs and Mac and cheese.

The food was impeccable. We had the oxtail meatballs, sticky ribs, she crab soup and crab cake entree. Everything chefs 💋. Had the opportunity to chat with Chef Matthew Price. So down to earth and very talented. Definitely check it out.

Outstanding! Thank you for making my husband's birthday special! The crab cakes were amazing! Lamb chops! Meaty! The Mac and cheese was perfect ! The drinks were on point! And last but not least "The bread pudding was LOVE!! All love! Everything that was wrong in my life after eating the bread pudding was made right after eating that!!! Thank you so much for making going out to eat an amazing experience again!
