   Food wasn’t a 5 star experience, champagne wasn’t included none of the drinks were included in the Easter brunch. We went to the four seasons for Easter brunch last year in seattle and it was incredible n every way, Boston was a total disappointment and not what I would’ve expected from this hotel. We’ve had better brunch at Davios. Nothing special about this experience at all nothing for the kids for Easter no activities no Easter eggs to find the food wasn’t impressive and not a lot of options. Was extremely disappointing and not a four seasons experience. Will not do it again, at least at this location. It was absolutely freezing the entire time and there was no view they kept all the blinds closed and AC on full blast, extremely uncomfortable in an Easter dress I asked them to turn down the AC needless to say they didn’t barely acknowledge it. Then automatic gratuity added and we barely saw the server, service wasn’t a 5 star barely a 2. Much better restaurants w/o the hefty price tag. For 1,100, save your money. This was mediocre at best on all fronts.

   We went to The Four Seasons for their Easter brunch. It was fabulous! A large variety of seasonal food, with a creative and flavorful vegan entrée, vegan side dish options, and a vegan dessert cake, which was important to me. The rest of the party were omnivores and the carving station had ham, beef, salmon. They were just so many side dish options, a raw bar, an omelette station, a crêpe and pancake station, and quite a few gluten-free things as well. There were at least a dozen different desserts, most of them with Easter colors or garnish. There was an Easter bunny at the entrance with photos being taken. It was just a high-end experience with fantastic food. Although the ballroom was nondescript, it was small, so still felt like an intimate meal and even the centerpieces reflected Four Seasons detail in being varied among the tables. It was just a wonderful experience.

   This Thanksgiving, we chose the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston for what we hoped would be a luxurious and memorable holiday dinner. With a price tag of $1,000+ for three people, our expectations were understandably high. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The hotel was stunning, and the valet service was exceptionally helpful, setting a great first impression. We even remarked how we’d love to return to explore the spa someday. However, by the end of the evening, we decided we wouldn’t come back, regardless of the occasion. Confusion began the moment we sat down and were offered coffee and orange juice, which seemed strange for dinner. When we inquired, staff assured us it was a dinner, though the presence of an omelet station said otherwise. This lack of clarity set a poor tone for the evening. The event was held in a ballroom, which lacked charm and felt more like a corporate event than a holiday celebration. Instead of a warm, festive atmosphere, it felt sterile and uninspired. The service, while polite, was inattentive. It took effort to get even basic attention. One of our party had to wait 15 minutes for a drink before giving up and going to the bar. This level of service was unacceptable for a Four Seasons event. The food was the greatest letdown. For $300+ per person, we expected exceptional quality. Instead, it was comparable to a mediocre buffet. The raw bar featured low-quality crab claws and generic shrimp. The turkey was dry, the stuffing was overcooked, and the pasta was mushy. Everything tasted as though it had been sitting too long under Sterno. The meal seemed worth no more than $85 to $90 per person—far below what we paid. What makes this experience so disappointing is the wasted potential. The Four Seasons name carries weight, and the hotel itself is beautiful. It should be the perfect special spot. But this event felt like an overpriced and uninspired cash grab, relying on the brand’s reputation without delivering the expected quality.

   This event was disorganized. We were left sitting at our table for at least ten minutes before a server came to check on us and offered to take a drink order. There was also confusion when we arrived the host was not present. There was also hair in the some of the food. Overall the experience did not meet our expectations.

   Delightful Easter Sunday Brunch Exceptional Staff - everything executed perfectly! Welcoming and Gracious Brunch Buffet was delicious, with traditional and other interesting selections. Prepared beautifully - Nice Floral arrangements w/Fabulous Cherry Blossom Tree Branches amongst Gorgeous Flowers. Very Enjoyable!

   The buffet for Thanksgiving was abundant. There were an incredible amount of choices and everything was delicious, from the starter soup to the dessert table.

    We were there for Thanksgiving dinner! I know it is a five-star restaurant but I did feel like the portion size for the price was not comparable. The service was fabulous though!!
