   Don’t waist your time with a reservation I arrived 10 minutes before and the you’re women working the door tells me how my “reservation” just gets me in the door. Every seat was full and once I tell her this I’m told I can stand. The staff could barely walk around as is. If this is a scam just to make more at the door find another app. Not one called Open Table. Me and my husband left without even having a drink. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

   Hi! We are sorry for any confusion. When getting tickets it does state that GA is $10 and seats are first-come-first-serve for this type of ticket. These are not the preferred tickets, but more overflow or if you want to come for a quick drink or have a very small party. Our Premium floor seating ($25-30 per person) states that you are guaranteed seating since our venue is split into a bar area (GA) with limited tables and our main premium seating area. The money from the tickets goes directly to our musicians! I'm sorry you had a bad experience and that our ticket options weren't made more clear. We are set up a bit differently than other venues because not only do we offer tickets and entertainment, but we have a bar and kitchen as well!

   Atmosphere was really fun. Great talented artists. Did a package with a drink flight, appetizers and desserts. After we got our drink flights we were hardly attended to again and never received any food.
