   We had reservations for 5:00 and had just received our dessert when we were told the next reservation was waiting for our table. It was 6:30. We quickly finished and left but weren't very happy about being rushed. 1.5 hours for fondue seems kind of tight. I own a restaurant also and we space out the reservations at least 2 hours.

   The cheese fondues were excellent, we ordered the Traditional and the Outlaw, both were delicious. We were two people and 2 fondues and an order of meatballs were more than enough. We took our own bottle of champagne that went very well with the fondue. The service was great and super friendly! I highly recommend this place!

   We really loved Fondue Cowboy and found it great for dinner prior to theater at the Golden Gate. We got a great tip from the owner to walk down 7th street vs. 6th street. What a difference if you want to avoid the local scary street crowds. The service was super and very attentive in directing us to what we wanted - although we probably would have loved any of the fondue options. I even ordered dessert which i almost never do. They make cocktails out of their wines - so no hard alcohol. Overall - I would absolutely recommend Fondue Cowboy.

   The server, I believe his name was Max, 2as amazing. I have celiac and he knows exactly how to order everything for me to keep me safe and not get sick. I've been twice, and each time he seems to take it very seriously. I really appreciate it!

   I love this place. Paul is the best person to take care of you. Their food is so delicious. I come back every time I visit.

   Delicious Fondue! We were a group of four and ordered the Outlaw and Rawhide. I'm not a fan of Gorgonzola Cheese, but the Rawhide was very, very good. Not too overpowering with Gorgonzola cheese flavor. The amount of bread and veggies that came with the fondue were enough for us and we ordered the meatballs for some extra protein. The meatballs tasted great with the Outlaw. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, but we found close street parking. I would absolutely go back if I wanted Fondue again.

   We ended up seated at the bar, even with a prior reservation through Open Table. It actually was fine and probably just as enjoyable as a table. Service was attentive and pleasant. The cheese fondue was well-executed and deceptively the right size for our party of two. The “dippers” were all fresh and nicely presented, including the Fingerling potato chunks served in a traditional fondue accompaniment. Similarly, the chocolate fondue was appropriately sized and presented with fresh fruits (banana, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple), chocolate sourdough bread chunks, craft marshmallow pieces, and nicely textured Madelines. We will definitely return, particularly as a nice pre-show meal since it is an easy walk from Civic Center/UN Plaza.

   I could not have asked for a better experience here! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. A friend of mine recommended I come here so I took my mom with me and we had the BEST time. We came on a Saturday right at 5pm when they opened. We were the only people there for about an hour which was great for us because we don't tend to like loud, busy crowds when we go out. Service: Sam was our waitress and she was AMAZING! She was super attentive without hovering or being overbearing. She knew the menu well and was able to give us suggestions where needed. Since the restaurant was quiet while we were there, she even chatted with us for a bit and was just overall so so pleasant! I want her to be our waitress everytime! Food: Omg the food! First off, it was Happy Hour from 5pm-6:30pm so all wine and beer was half off the glass which was great. We ordered the "Traditional" fondue with a side of chicken and meatballs. We didn't have to wait long for our food which was a plus and it was soooo tasty! It looks like a small portion but believe me, we were plenty full by the end of it and we consider ourselves "heavy dippers" when it comes to fondue. We also ordered the dessert fondue and they were kind enough to give us extra cookies instead of the fruit since i'm not a fruit eater. Overall I would recommend this place 10x over! We plan to come back very soon! And thank you to Sam and the staff, you're amazing!
