   Always good to eat at Fogo. Service cold be a little better. Also we were sat close to the service station and we were listing some servers complain about patrons no tipping accordingly and some servers bumped to us couple times.

   I was underwhelmed. The buffet was not replenished while we were there…nothing to chose from because most of the platters were empty. They ran out of waffles at 12:45 for brunch 🤔. Had to ask for the meats that I wanted…they came around sparenly with meats…and what ever happened to the short ribs that they used to offer? One of the servers told me that they stopped serving pork, then proceeded a little while later to offer pork rolled in Parmesan cheese. For the $68 I spent for the food not to include drinks and deserts, I was extremely not satisfied and will not be back

   We had a wonderful time dining at Fogo de Chão. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with the familiar upscale churrascaria feel that makes you excited for the experience ahead. Our server, Aubrey, was truly the highlight of the afternoon. She was absolutely amazing—attentive without being overbearing, lively, and incredibly informative. She explained the menu and dining process clearly and with a great spirit. Her energy was contagious, and she seemed genuinely happy to be there, which added a positive and personal touch to our meal. The food was delicious, especially the variety of meats that came around consistently. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, and the sides complemented the meal nicely. Overall, the quality of the food and service made for a memorable meal. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Aubrey.

   Been going to Fogo for almost 26 years but this is my first negative review. We met our server Josh initially, didn’t get a friendly vibe, he seemed very busy. We ordered drinks from the bar and the additional lobster tail to accompany our meal. We tried to hunt down Josh, but it seemed he forgot about us Our drinks arrived at the end of our meal and the lobster never arrived. The most painful part was trying to get our bill. We never saw Josh after the first and second stops. We had to flag other servers/busboys/manager, btw, they were great. The drinks delay was not Josh’s fault but it added to our frustration to the experience. I did leave a generous tip because the other people we flagged down were friendly, courteous, and helpful. It’s a shame I was introducing and bragging how great my experience with Fogo is to my guest, and our overall experience wasn’t great at all.

   Worst restaurant ever. One hour wait and we never got a server. Basically had to flag down whoever was nearby for water and utensils.

    Avoid. This place is a disaster. You have to wait 30 min even with a reservation. The host is unprofessional. The manager is afraid to talk to customers and should find a new job. Service is slow. The bathrooms are gross and way too small for the size of the restaurant. Penn Quarter location is better quality.
