   Everything was great until about the last 30 minutes. The waitstaff was not around, dirty places and empty drink glasses. The Chef’s with food were great.

   Celebrated a birthday party yesterday with a total of 8 people. The service was HORRIBLE. Our original server did not refill our sodas and water. When asked for new plates, she begrudgingly provided them by slamming them in front of my kids and family. When asked for forks, she again slammed them in front of my party. I had enough so I talk to the manager to which he essentially didn’t do much other than change servers. Very disappointed and will never be coming back.

   Disappointing! Way over priced. Lots of up-selling, lots of guests waiting for meats cooked to desire (as we were encouraged to do). Not super flavorful food! Easter Sunday. Very small "salad bar" in which employees couldn't keep stocked, things weren't marked, & at the end of our meal suddenly there was a crepe waffle maker that we didn't know about. Price was "evening hours" even though there was nothing unique about the experience. Not enough food, not enough employees way too pricey, especially compared to Galpao Goucho. Will not return.

   The food served isn’t consistent. I’ve been to this restaurant at least 2x a month. You need to ask at all times the candied bacon, grilled cheese and on weekends Jamon Iberico. Today they didn’t even have i Jamin Iberico. service was slow. They can’t attend to the customers needs on time, we waited for a long time before our meat was served, nobody pick up the dirty dishes right away. One thing good with this restaurant is that they different options (pro) making them ahead of their competitor. The male manager is usually helpful and help out the waiters.

   Sad they took the lamb chops of the best of Brasil menu but still an amazing selection nonetheless, and our server Kaytee was great as well. Glad to have a fogo close to home now I’ll be back forsure

   This was an amazing experience. The food was unbelievable and the service was A+. The price was good considering all that you get. We will definitely be back!

   Great experience at Fogo de Chao-Roseville. I’ve been to the one in SF before but definitely had a better experience here 🤗 Very happy as I took my partner here for the 1st time trying Fogo de Chao. Very friendly staff and warm space. We really appreciate our server explaining the menu to ensure we get the right things offered. Everyone was very attentive. Can’t wait to take our parents here!

    I’ve been to other locations and had a good experience but this one specifically was pretty disappointing. The service was extremely slow and it was clear that the staff does not communicate well. We were done eating probably after 40 minutes but we were there for 2 hours and 10 minutes. It’s too much to even type but I don’t think i’d ever go back.
