   They don’t honor reservation times. We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation time. The check in was horrendous and they had a lot of people who didn’t know what they were doing managing check in. Meat was over cooked most of the time. The only positive was our server who was nice and helpful. Other than that, pretty terrible overall! Definitely not the same quality as other locations.

   Food was bland and not so good price is not justified for what you get At all… much better restaurants same style exist with more variety and better way quality and flavor of cuts ,, salad area limited in comparison to other same style places waiters pass table, and the selection is very limited. Was there  an hour and many cuts didn’t even make it to my table. Pass on this spend elsewhere I am a chef and have worked in the industry for many years and have owned several restaurants I am speaking based on facts Service was fair as I said meats passed around scarcely

    Last time we visited Fogo de Chão we left a bit disappointed — service wasn’t great and the whole experience felt off compared to what we were used to. But today they were back to their best — excellent service, great attention from the staff, and of course the food was on point. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and kept coming at the right pace. Also, considering the quality of the experience, I found the price to be very fair. Definitely glad we gave them another shot — this was the Fogo de Chão we remembered and loved. We’ll be back for sure.
