   Horrible service. Our waitress took our order and then never came back till she picked up our plates. No drink refills offered. When our plates were picked up we ordered dessert and hot tea she dropped off the tea and never came back. No sugar or spoons were offered. After 20 minutes I went to the bar and asked for sugar and spoons and they had no spoons so they gave me straws. Then after 10 minutes we asked the hostess to come over so we could let her know what is going on and she brought over another waiter. They apologized for never receiving our dessert. When he brought the dessert he said our waitress had left bc she didn’t feel well and didn’t tell anyone she had tables left. And that was fine w us bc we understood but then we saw her behind the bar making drinks and talking to people and working. That waiter never came back to check on us there was a lady walking but asking if everything was ok and I told her what had happened and we understood of our waitress was sick but we were told a lie bc she was still there and I wanted to inform them of the situation as the food was great but we had horrible service. Her solution was to give us free dessert which we appreciated but we weren’t looking for that. Once she brought the check she never came back to pick it up to charge my card. We sat there for another 20 minutes until another gentleman came and ran my card. This is not the way to treat customers. They need to work on their wait staff.

   Let me begin by saying that we are avid fans of your restaurant and loyal customers—we visit multiple times a year and usually go to the same location. It’s always been a great experience, which is why we chose to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday with you yesterday. We were a party of four and arrived just in time for our reservation. Initially, everything went smoothly—our server brought out water promptly—but unfortunately, service became a bit inconsistent after that. There was a noticeable delay before she returned with the drinks, and she didn’t check in again until we were nearly finished with our meals. This was disappointing, especially since we’ve grown accustomed to attentive service that includes drink refills and side options throughout the meal. It was clear that the restaurant was very busy for a weekday, which is great to see and speaks to your popularity. However, what stood out to us was that just as we finished our entrees, we were presented with the check without being offered dessert, after-dinner drinks, or anything else. We pointed this out, and the manager was very kind and apologetic, which we appreciated. While this wasn’t a dealbreaker, it did leave us feeling a bit overlooked. We absolutely plan to return soon, and we’re confident this was just a one-off experience. We look forward to receiving the excellent service we’re used to. Thank you again, and as always, we appreciate all that your team does. We just had a few thoughts to share in the hopes of an even better next visit.

   We went for the Vik wine dinner and we had a great time . The meats were magnificent and the Bronzino was delicate and delicious. Really enjoyed the pairings with this fantastic wine . Take note valet is $25

   Parked in hotel parking - $15. Seated promptly upon arrival. Nice decor. Restaurant was very overcrowded for Easter. Was seated at a hightop. Had hoped they would have reserved a regular table for us but we didn’t complain since we would have had to wait. Uncomfortable seating and table too small for that type of meal. Also surprised that they were charging extra for Easter, that was not disclosed at time of reservation. Service was outstanding despite crowd but staff had to really scramble to keep up, make meat rounds and keep the buffet line full. Our server had to track down a wine glass for us, they had run out. I almost tipped the glass several times due to small table. Extremely noisey due to number of people packed in. Excellent service great food but not worth what we paid to endure those uncomfortable conditions. We have been to a Fogo (Orlando) on a NYE and it was excellent in all aspects so didn’t hesitate to book on a holiday. Restaurant is too small to pack it in like that. Will try other location next time. This one is not for us. Update: Thank you for the follow up from customer service much appreciated

   Nos encanto el servicio, la atención, el ambiente pero sobretodo destacar la buena vibra de Rafael quien siempre fue atento, sonriente y amiable. Su atención A1, recomendado.

   Pretty place, but the drinks were actually not good, caipirinhas were a sugar bomb, and the carajillos also very very sweet from what we are used to. Food was great.
