   I really get the concept of the restaurant but it wasn’t me or my son cup of tea. We like out meat cooked well done. A lot of the meat was medium well. The salad bar was mediocre. It just wasn’t amazing. The customer service was exceptional & the lobster mash potatoes was so good.

   Fogo is one of my favorite places. The food is always great. I love the marketplace table and absolutely love all the meats. Nothing misses. My only issue was where they sat us off to the side and the server forgot about us for about an hour. We had to track him down for drinks. He apologized and made up for it. Will always come back

   Service was terrible. our table was continuously bypassed when the servers came around with meat, despite us being seated DIRECTLY in front of the market table + grill. We never received refills of mashed potatoes until AFTER we paid the bill. (A bill that was brought to the table mid meal because someone told the host our table requested the bill, which we NEVER did.) We were served the same 3 cuts of meat, even though we got FULL CHURRASCO Full Churrasco experience. For 70$ a person there needs to be better attention paid to the variety of meats going out to guests. A piece of sausage, garlic steak, and 3 offerings of the same Picanha is insane when the menu lists at least 6 varieties of cuts “and more!”. Also- it was noted in our reservation that we were coming in for my birthday. No acknowledgement was made to the occasion that brought us to the restaurant, and the overall experience was so disappointing we skipped dessert altogether. We enjoy eating at fogo, but with this experience it’s safe to say we won’t be returning to the location in Brooklyn.

   Great experience with friends and family for our shared birthday. Would definitely do it again. Great meal and good drinks. Everyone had a wonderful time.

   Came here for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and it was a disaster. First it took 30 minutes for someone to come over to greet us and get us water, then another 20 minutes to take our order. I ordered a non-alcoholic Brazilian Lemonade - halfway through our dinner I ask where it is. One server says we ran out of it so I ask for the menu to order something else. She never comes back to get a replacement drink. We then have to ask for water refills from the guy bringing us the meats. At the end of the dinner I randomly receive the lemonade. Also mentioning to the two servers it's my boyfriend's birthday multiple times, they bring the check and I have to go up to them to say "hey it's my boyfriend's birthday and we wanted cake before the bill". They scrambled to bring the cake but after the poor service throughout the whole dinner, my sea bass and lobster being overcooked and pretty much inedible, and having to ask for basic items like the sides that came with our dinner, I cannot recommend this establishment and will not be returning.
