   As this was Easter Sunday it was very busy but all the staff were working very hard to ensure customers were being cared for.

   I love going to FOGO De Ciao ! Everyone is so nice and accommodating and you really feel like they care. I love going there.

   Service was slow and disorganized. Appetizer forgotten, wine came halfway through meal, forgotten items and disappearing waiters. Had to ask to get plates cleared and dessert menus. Like the place but can't see myself going back due to service issues.

   Daniela and Mateo provided a great service !! The food was tasty my favorite meat picanña was amazing ! Side dishes my favorite was polenta and plantain .

   Such a a great experience - we went for my dad’s birthday and the attentiveness of the staff was incredible. They went above and beyond to make his day special. Thanks to Albert, Hector, Vanessa and especially Edili the manager! .. Also, food & meats were tasty and fresh!

   Our first time at the FOGO at Bridgewater. Def worth the trip, very modern & elegant touch. Everything was up to Par with my expectations. Shout out to our waiter Ashley, she made the experience much more enjoyable. Thank you for having us! I highly recommend this place?

   Absolute worst service I have experienced in a long time. Sat with empty waters, drinks took 30+ minutes (sodas not even cocktails) meats came around painfully slow did not get offered anywhere near all the meats that were meant to be in our package. Some people in our party just got one meat and they were waiting the entire time and got offered meat once. Very unfortunate experience! Would not recommend at all for larger parties

   We had a great experience overall, but there were a few things worth noting. The noise level was incredibly high, to the point where it was difficult to hear the person sitting next to you or even the server. Every seat was taken, and the bustling atmosphere made it hard to find a moment of quiet. Additionally, we had trouble getting our soda glasses refilled, as it seemed they were stretched thin. I understand they overbooked to maximize revenue, which is common, but it did make things a bit challenging. That said, they did a great job accommodating our large party, and we truly appreciated that. One downside was that I had to make several calls to check in, rather than them reaching out to us. But overall, the staff was friendly, and they did their best to meet our needs. P.S $$$$$
