   Our server was a delight, but unfortunately she brought us the wrong bottle of wine and (mostly because it was way too hot and she took it away to chill it after serving us a glass) we didn’t realize until she had poured us our second glass. She was very apologetic and sent over the “customer service specialist” who suggested that since we had 2 glasses poured already, we should just live with it. Honestly, we would have done that but when he suggested that we had no choice it really annoyed us so we insisted on getting the bottle we ordered. They also comped us a dessert, but really the attitude of the “customer service specialist” was really off-putting. As for the food, the meat was delicious, but I am sorry to say that they have the worst pao de quiejos I have ever eaten. Salad bar was ok, but not as good as many other Fogo de Chao’s that I’ve seen.

   I think we just came at the wrong time. A lot of kids & a lot of crying babies (and it was 930 at night). I was looking forward to getting a lot of ribeye, but that carver only came by once (yet the chicken, sausages, and top sirloin guy was always around). Shrimp cocktail was so tough. It was crazy expensive - which I get sometimes it is in a steakhouse - but that usually also means it’s jumbo size 8-12’s perfectly juicy, not this time. I’d like to give them another chance when we’re in town. It wasn’t horrible. I think we just came at the wrong time. We saw a lot more meat attendants walking around when first got in there. I got the vibe that it was more of a local spot than a terrorist spot. We looked like one of the only American couples in there, but I could be wrong. We are foodies and we do dine out a lot so it’s not that I have high expectations, I just call it as it is. The meat was well seasoned, and salad bar was well stocked with good things.

   Great churrascuria meal - a lot of choices, very attentive service and the Market Table was better than other locations we have visited recently. Also had a nice view of the water and the molten chocolate cake was amazing dessert.

   Great food! Our team of servers, led by Christian, were very attentive. Will recommend to friends and definitely dine again on future visits to San Juan.

    This is not the first time we have gone to this restaurant but the last two times that we have come to eat it hasn’t been great. We have noticed how the customer service have declined significantly. I would say the service of the waiters to take the order, drinks, deserts is very slow. We were times that we already finished our food and no one passed to our table just to see if we needed something this was for a long period of time. Even to bring the check they took forever to give us that. However, the meat carriers were effective and that were always on time with the meat. At the facility continues to have a smell of accumulated humidity. I rated my experience 3 because of all of the experience.
