Fogo in Minneapolis is great! Food is good. Service is good. The staff is always checking in on you, and the table-side service timing is excellent. The quality of the meats is wonderful. It can be pricy, so now what you are getting in to, but it truly is an experience!

We have come here multiple times. This experience was not as good as usual. Dinner was great. Meats were more on the rare side so we had to wait quite a bit longer for food to come around. We were in the back of the restaurant so by the time they got to our section, tables ahead of us would get served first and the rare meat would be left. They would say they would be back and then nothing. There was one waitress and a member of whom I assume was management that was trying to remedy the situation. When they saw we were getting passed over time after time, they would stop the “meat servers” and tell them to come directly to us. Sometimes they would still pass by us and other times it was successful. Same thing happened with the pineapple. WONDERFUL PINEAPPLE!!! But the server would do the same thing. Finally the server previous mentioned went and got the pineapple herself. She went above and beyond and we appreciated that. I wish I got her name. All that said, we will be back.

I don’t know why we continue to come back. Service and quality of food has decreased significantly. For the price, it is no longer worth it. Most workers seem like they hate being there. Food takes forever and when a cut finally arrives, it’s either overcooked, chewy, or just nasty now. Will no longer come back- and we normally visit 6 or more times a year with bills racking up over $600 each time! DISAPPOINTED.

We were celebrating my daughter’s bday bit seated near the window- service was bad. We rarely had anyone come by with the meat and even wait staff had to continuously be waived down for a refill on water and wine. Also we ordered a glass of wine which the waitress poured but spilled a significant amount outside of the glass- and left it cleaned and never offered a replacement. And it was an expensive glass of wine. I don’t feel their service was up to par and NEVER be sweated outside main area along perimeter- this is 3rd bad service experience I’ve had within less than a year at this location

Nice restaurant, our waiter showed up 15 minutes after we got there, only came to our table one time, forgot part of her order and they stopped coming around with the meat so we had to ask for it. Wouldn’t go back again.

A terrible dining experience, and one that, sadly, appears to be the norm for this Fogo location. Service remains disjointed, slow, and unprofessional. They really need a strong front of house manager who can recruit and train the servers. We will not be returning.
