   Always love the food and experience, this time was a little slow with service, we had to ask for meat a few times, I understand it was a busy holiday though

   We used to love this restaurant. Waitress was great but rest of visit was just sad. Gauchos repeatedly skipped our table, to the point that we felt that it could possibly intentional. I expect way better service for $61 a person. Manager never came over. Not sure when/if we will be back seeing as how there are two other Brazilian steakhouses close by.

   We came for my grandmas 83rd birthday, the service wasn’t that great. Half the stuff we did order we ended up never getting. And we had to ask for steak and beef ribs multiple times and they still didn’t bring it till the very end. It was all chicken and pork they kept bringing to the table. Are bills were all messed up, my dad was given his bill but was charged $32 more than what the bill said. So we had to get that fixed. It was a mess. Use to love coming here but the service has been bad the last 3 times we’ve been. Safe to say we won’t be coming no more.

   This was our first time visiting. We were blown away, the Strawberry Hibiscus drink was superb, the crabcake was chef’s kiss and we really enjoyed the meats and the fresh bar. Our server was attentive and the cheesecake dessert was the cherry on top. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and it was a great choice.

   We are pretty much regulars at Fogo in Jacksonville. The food is ALWAYS very good! The service is excellent! Sometimes it can get a bit loud if they seat you close to a big party. We usually go pretty early and it’s usually only 2-3 of us total. But we love this place and when they see us, they treat us like family!!

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for a fantastic evening. Service: Bryan and Minerva were absolutely incredible! Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the night even more enjoyable. Bryan, in particular, went above and beyond when it came to helping me choose the perfect drink. His recommendations were spot on, and the drink he suggested paired perfectly with the rich flavors of the meal. He took the time to understand my preferences and delivered something that hit the mark perfectly. Minerva was equally attentive, ensuring that my experience was seamless from start to finish. Food: The food was phenomenal, but I have to give a special shoutout to the cheese and honey. It was easily one of the highlights of the meal. The warm, creamy cheese paired with the sweet, golden honey created an unforgettable combination that I couldn’t get enough of. The meats were cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor—and the variety kept things exciting with every bite. Ambiance: The ambiance was sophisticated yet comfortable, making it the perfect place for both a celebratory dinner or a casual night out. The space was beautifully maintained, and the energy in the dining room added to the overall experience. Final Thoughts: Between Bryan’s impeccable drink selection, Minerva’s attentive service, and the mouthwatering food (especially that cheese and honey!), this visit to Fogo de Chão was one for the books.     FdC truly is an experience. It is a place to have fun with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Monica at the Jacksonville FL location is very sweet. I would not go here to have meaningful conversation due to the noise level and the continual visits by new steaks coming to your table.
