   Excellent service and food quality. In our reservation, we noted that a member of our party needed accommodations for crutches/cast and the staff was prepared with our table. The primary server and team did a great job checking on us to make sure we had a variety of proteins. Anthony went above and beyond to engage with us and followed up on special requests. Appreciated the manager/lead coming by to wish us a Happy Easter and ensure all went well. Thank you for a great experience.

   The meats were tough. One piece was so tough and full of grizzle I had to spit it out. Long waits between servings of meats. Out of Crème Brûlée at an early seating. No caramel topping as advertised on menus. Overall a poor experience for the price. Wine was good and reasonably priced and I am not referring to their cheap house wine but the menu by the glass. Staff was nice but not efficient.

   Food was okay. I’ve been to better steak houses . It felt crowded and packed in kinda like I was in a high school cafeteria. I expected more

   It seemed there was an intentional effort to send out all of the less desirable meats more often than they preferred cuts. When we went to the food bar to get salads and fruits and other items we came back to our table and it had been cleared off and set for another customer. Once they acknowledge their mistake, only then did the more preferable cuts of meat seem to frequent our table. I know it was a mistake however probably one of the more expensive mistakes to make when you are in the restaurant business and even more so the higher end in terms of dollar amount, $95 a plate just wow.

   My Husband and I took our kids and their friends to this location over the weekend. We’ve visited Fogo plenty of times but at different locations and we were very disappointed with this location in particular. The meats had absolutely no flavor. The Gauchos didn’t come to our table, I even made sure everyone’s markers were placed on green because the Gauchos kept walking past us. It took the Manager on duty to walk over and tell me that she noticed I was looking around trying to get someone’s attention and I told her that not 1 gaucho has visited our table and she went to the back and asked them to come out to our table, 3 gauchos came out to our table all at the same time and after that no one came afterwards. It took for me to gasp at a gaucho walking past me for me to get his attention, he did circle back and mentioned he heard me gasp and had to come over. It was absolutely embarrassing trying to get attention to try to get a piece of meat the entire night. We ended up closing out and left with a bad taste in our mouths, literally! The meat had no flavor, the service was horrible probably not going back to this location ever again.

    It was nice evening, the service was pleasant and the servers knew what they were doing. The meat selections were amazing, the market buffet needed to be refreshed was lacking on all items. I felt however, since we didn't buy into the big feast (it's just too much of a big meal for me) the service attentiveness got lax. Would go again, with a larger group.
