We were seated — then got up to access the market table — and other people sat right in our seats with our wallets and phones at our table. The restaurant didn’t even give us our table back. They moved us, and didn’t take care of any compensation. Very disappointed. Avoid this place.

Really did not get to try the food. We just had a few non alcoholic drinks in the bar area. Very good and prompt service.

I took my man to lunch for his birthday and the vibes were immaculate. It was our first time dining here and our server made sure we understood how everything worked. I’m sad I can’t remember her name because she was awesome! If you worked the lunch/dinner shift on 4/15/25, shout out to you girlie. You were amazing. The men bringing the meat to our table were great, too. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for helping to make sure that my boyfriend had an awesome birthday.

Excellent service; constant supply of freshly cooked meat - and varied rather than the same thing coming out all the time. The service was exceptional - we’ve eaten in other Fogo’s that have had ‘less than perfect’ service - but Chicago Fogo was ‘spot on’!
