   Amazing experience at Fogo Great customer service by Marina and other waiters. Food and ambienance was perfect and the dessert was to die for !!! So good

   We arrived earlier than our set reservation and were seated promptly. We opt for the salad bar and the enhancements, lobster tail and crab cake. The food was delicious, but the chicken was on the dryer side. The lamb and especially the filet mignon were my favorite. The salad bar also hade great options like the mushrooms, bacon and eggplant. I had two cucumber mint smashes, they were refreshing and tasty. Overall I enjoyed our date night, the only down side was the dry chicken and the lobster tail size was very petite. I would go again for date night or for a family dinner. Lastly, the valet parking was a huge plus.

   We went for my husband’s birthday and had a really disappointing experience. When we arrived we had to greet the hostess because she didn’t look up or say a word to us. And despite putting in a request for a “nice large table for us”, we were sat at a 2-top next to the busser station despite the restaurant being nearly empty on a Tuesday. When we ordered, we opted for the upgraded Indulgent Churrasco and chose the lobster tail. It was nearly inedible, tasted like it was cooked hours ago and left under a heater, it was so overcooked and dry. The meats they brought out were all overcooked. We like our meat medium-rare but most of these were well-done or worse, some were completely charred. At one point we noticed our waiter had completely disappeared and we ended up getting helped primarily from the bussers/runners (who were all excellent). Just an overall extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location at all.

   Disappointing experience. Meat was charred and tasted like soap, servers seemed clueless. Whole experience was off compared to the countless other times I’ve been to Fogo.

   Cold waffles. Old waffle maker, but working. Raw scrambled eggs mixture sitting out with no one tgere to cook then. Setters walked by but laughed and didn’t offer to help. No rice at the buffet the venture tine we were there. Very very disappointing!
