   Had a reservation for 18 people at 1:30 PM We got there on time but our table wasn’t ready until 1:55 and after we had to talk to someone about it. Service wasn’t great. They kept coming with the same meat cuts. Missed quite few cuts we were looking forward to and only brought it after we asked. The salad bar was meh. I have been to many Brazilian steakhouses before and this one is definitely on the bottom of the list.

   Waited 45 minutes for drinks. Couldn’t find the server for 30 minutes. Bill was wrong, extra item we didn’t order, they made us a new copy. The new copy was also wrong, and even more expensive. Bar area has a very strong smell, like spoiled milk. Quality of service and food does not match the price.

   We had 17 people in our group, there wasn’t enough room for any of us, elbows to elbows and sure why they wouldn’t provide additional tables so everyone would feel comfortable during dinner. Missed drinks that were ordered, waiting over and over for different types of meat to come around and even asked multiple times, added Lobster tails which took way too long, meat service stopped / slowed way down once we ordered Lobster tails, which was 8 total. Not a wide selection of meat coming by even when one of us asked for it, chicken came by once, yes only once. I asked for a wine list to look over and order a couple bottles of wine, NEVER received the wine list, I guess they didn’t want to sell any bottles to us. Over all, this was Very disappointing dinner, when total bill is a little over 2,500.00 you would have thought larger table or room and better service with repeat service of different types of meat, we should not have had to ask and be disappointed.

   It was a good experience. The food was well presented and tasty, the atmosphere lively, and the place has a nice vibe. We especially want to thank Luci for her outstanding service — she was kind, attentive, and very professional throughout. Her warm attitude truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. Definitely a highlight of our visit!

   We waited 30 min for the meat to come to us. And once it did they came and didn’t come for another 30 minutes. Then I requested a different cook for the meat and they rolled their eyes and said okay. I never got what i asked for. Very disappointed.

    We dine here every year when we come into town for MotoGP since ours back home was destroyed by a tornado. Always a good atmosphere and the wait staff is always nice. Waited a little longer than I would have liked to for the meat to come around as we were tucked into a corner but overall always a good experience. We’ll be back next year.
