   Very disappointing Easter Brunch. Though I’ve referenced the price in my google review it is not about the $ - it was the value. The service was superficial, proper verbiage and professional presentation but absent. Food had the quality of a banquet buffet. Cold prime rib, separated red wine butter sauce with clumpy purple blobs and clarified butter. Only table that I noticed got around the clock service was a large party that must’ve been staff or staff family considering some kitchen personnel sat with them throughout the meal. The “fine/fina” portion certainly lacked in this experience.

   Had a reservation for 10pm but when we got there they told us there kitchen closed at 10 and we couldn’t be served.

   Not what I was expecting, we ordered a few tapas and they brought everything at the same time, had never seen that before, usually they bring them bit by bit so the food doesn’t get cold… And the food was pretty Meh…. Pricier for the quality

   Flavor of the food was good, but not great. The restaurant was out of every seafood option except the ceviche, which was interesting but not great either. 6 out of the 8 in our party ordered the "8oz filet" and received anything ranging from what i would guess were 4-6oz cuts of beef. The manager did offer to cook extra filets on the house, but we did not take him up on it. On a positive note, the steaks were seasoned simply and cooked exactly as requested.

   Me encanto el lugar pero sobretodo con el servicio, nuestro mesero fue lo mejor, su nombre es mike, fue lo maximo. La comida y el ambiente tambien fueron increibles, me encanto.

   The overall experience was fine but not great. We tried the Parillada Feast (for two people). The shrimp, ropa veija and chorizo were good, but the pork was excessivley fatty and it did not come with platanos maduros as described. I had to bring it to the attention of the waiter (I love those), and he checked and was told they were out. He then offered a free dessert to compensate but forgot to remove it from the bill. The food is a solid 7, but does not warrant the cost. If you are staying at the Haya, it is convenient. If you are coming to Ybor for the day, there are better options.

   Our experience at Flor Fina was one for the books. For starters the vibe was incredible and the decor was stunning to say the least. Our server, Mike, was an absolute gem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, sweet and made my birthday extra special with little touches throughout our dinner. My friends were leaving from there already on the phone with their husbands trying to arrange plans to come back! This is definitely not one to sleep on.

    Absolutely fantastic! A must stop and see experience when in Tampa Ybor city. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic food, and menu choices, excellent customer service and it’s big enough to accommodate as many people as necessary.
