After being seated for brunch, we waited approximately 15 minutes before we asked if someone could take our order. The server that took our order wasn't happy with having to take our order as it became clear she wasn't supposed to be assigned to our table. Once our servers were switched, the service did improve tremendously. Our food was good, but the service wasn't as good as it's been in the past.

The Colcord is an absolute gem in OKC. Well preserved and maintained. Flint is a typical hotel restaurant. Good at best. Meatloaf was salty, potatoes were bland, dessert was generic. Hate to be critical, but there are better choices for the price.

The Flint never disappoints! Food was excellent and our service was top notch! The only downside was that we were seated in the bar area which means there was a constant breeze. It was cold and drafty. I wish we had been seated in the main dining area for a more family environment.

Meal took 2 hours and 30 mins. Portions delivered very slow. Enjoyed the barley stew and the Mac and cheese. The tenderloin was too peppery and had to be returned to cook longer. The waitress was sweet and apologetic for the delays in our meal. However it was a planned event menu and reservations were required, so you would think that the kitchen would have had a plan.
