   I arrived only to be told they do not honor Open Table reservations. I have never experienced this. Why was I allowed to make a reservation?

   Pleasantly surprised at the value. The food was really well done. Love the idea of flights of food and drinks great for sharing!

   Service was really slow. It wasn’t even packed either. It was a Monday. Food was decent.

   Booked through this Open table app which allowed and confirmed. Got to the location and advised that they are not taking reservations booked through Open table. How is that my fault as the customer and then they did not honor the reservations which we clearly showed them. They did not care nor even offered any type of apology as we the customer has nothing to do with the inner workings or agreement between the two entities. Truly disappointed as we were looking for to this experience that was highly recommended.

   We didn’t get our table because they only accepted reservations on Yelp, so I reserved here on OpenTable for no reason. My group lost our spot in the reservation. Wasted time and wasted effort, I’m very disappointed.

   The food, drinks, and table service was exceptional. The only disappointment I had was that upon arrival and check in for our 11:00am brunch reservation, the hostesses informed me and my husband that they did not take Open Table reservations any longer. They said they would honor our reservation though since the reservation mix up was not our fault. We had to wait about ten minutes to get seated.

   The only issue wAs that we made a reservation and weren’t seated until about 35 mins later due to over booking. But once we finally sat that the service was great our server josh was amazing and attentive!

   We made reservations for 25 people we had 4 reservations and when we checked in there was no room for us. We passed up many places to support this establishment only for them not to honor our reservation! Never again they did not disappoint 1 person everyone in our party was disappointed! Please go somewhere else because it’s obvious they don’t want our business.

    I made a review for 4:30, we arrived at 4:20 and got sat very quickly (which was nice). We then sat for 20 minutes without ever taking our order or being served. At 4:40 we got up and left. I stopped and told the hostess that after 20 minutes it wasn’t worth the wait anymore and she said “oh sorry, I’ll let the server know”. Very disappointed as we were very excited to eat at Flights. We have been before and had zero issues. Very disappointing.
