   This is a great restaurant. The outdoor dining is behind the restaurant so you are not on a busy street and can actually have conversations. The menu, food wise, is not huge but has something for everyone. The wine and spirit menu is extensive. The staff is very knowledgeable and the food was excellent! Highly recommend this restaurant.

   This place have Gluten Free options. Love it, hopefully they will have more happy hours with lower pricing for food and drinks

   We had reservations at 7:00 on Saturday night, and when we ended up running late due to the storm that parked itself over the suburbs, the hostess was very accommodating. The place seemed pretty full but not packed or hectic - the bar looked to be the busiest area, which was unsurprising given that it was Game 5 of the Blackhawks game. The food was absolutely fantastic! We had the crab cakes for an appetizer; I had the French Pork Chop and my boyfriend had the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. We split the pound cake for dessert, and have literally zero complaints about the food - everything was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Drinks-wise we both had flights: he had a Scotch flight (the Higher and Higher one, I believe) while I had a fruity red wine flight. Both were excellent; again, no complaints. If I had to make one criticism, it was not the fault of the restaurant: there was a group in the back room that had a couple extremely loud children that kept running around the back dining room and screaming, while the family ignored them to hunt down random waiters to get more beer. Again, totally not the fault of Flight 112 whatsoever, but it was really distracting (and the reason why I rated the noise level at moderate - the previous time I was there, it was pretty quiet and relaxing). One more thing: I LOVED the music! It may not necessarily be everyone's cup of tea (or glass of wine), but the alternative rock music from the 90s to now surprisingly fit the scene quite well. Keep it up!

   Flight 112 is in a great location and a nice concept. The staff is courteous and friendly, but completely incapable of speaking to the menu (food and wine). The walls are in need of a coat of paint and the food in need of some seasoning.

   Four of us in town for a dog show met for dinner & drinks. Shared the pork sliders as an appetizer which was a great start. Juicy pork, a little fresh slaw served with a side of tasty sweet potatoe fries. The Cucumber Lemonade was OK, but nothing spectacular. Everyone enjoyed their entrees--citrus shrimp, grilled flank steak, and everyone's hand down favorite, the Date & Prosciutto Flatbread with Pomegranate reduction. A very memorable dish that will have me returning when I'm back in the area! We dined outside in the courtyard on a lovely evening, where their herbs & tomatoes grow. Service was good, but we felt they must be closing in clearing out table & a back door noisily & repeatedly opening. As we walked out, the bar was nearly full!

   Five friends and I found flight 112, and were impressed with the interior design; artistic and quite chic. The menu choices were eclectic, and the service was excellent. The only problem was that the wine list was out of date. Almost every bottle we picked was no longer being served there, so wine choices were somewhat cumbersome. Considering this, wine samples or tastes should have been more forthcoming.

   We've been to Flight 112 many times and we're never disappointed with the food, drinks or service. The owner is gracious and accommodating. Great, friendly staff - every one of them. The food is delicious and innovative without being too over he top. And the bar is unmatched. The knowledge base of the owner and staff is amazing! Just tried brunch for the first time and it was tasty and relaxed. We've hosted several parties and even our wedding at Flight 112 and all a raving success!

   this restaurant got great reviews on Opentable. The food was good, I certainly would not say any better than that. We had a flat bread which appeared and tasted to be put on a piece of grocery store pita bread. the toppings were a good blend of flavors, the pulled pork had good flavor and the crab cakes were fresh and not dry. we ordered dessert as it was a birthday celebration, no recognition of the birthday other than the host when he took me to the table, I told him whose birthday it was. there was an extremely interesting variety of dessert but the chocolate was old and dried out, the raspberry was descent and the orange cake was stale and dry, I mean could not swallow dry. the service was mediocre. we had to ask for another drink every time our glass was empty. we received the check when we said we were done, we continued to sit there for another hour and chat. No one came back to see if we wanted anything else. I thought from the name that it would be a wine bar, perhaps it is referring to an airplane flight. very disappointing wine list if the name is referring to a wine flight.
