   Was not overly impressed for what we spent. My steak (bone-in Filet) had maybe 5 ounces of meat on it and was very undercooked. Services was good. The value for what you get is not on par with other higher end steakhouses in the area.

   This is a place that has to be experienced. It is not for everyone. It is very active, busy, and noisy. The bar is excellent. The wait staff is wonderful. The fish dish was a bit "fishy tasting." The steak was superb.

   I made an OpenTable reservation at Fleming’s Steakhouse in Montvale based on my partner’s recommendation for our monthiversary. Upon arrival, the restaurant was moderately busy. The hostess checked the seating chart and directed a colleague to seat us. Initially, he led us to a booth farther from the entrance but then changed course and seated us at a booth directly by the door, where we felt a noticeable draft each time it opened. After seating us, he handed us menus and left without mentioning who our server would be or offering drinks. We decided on our orders shortly after and placed our menus at the table’s edge to indicate we were ready. However, no staff approached us for the next 15 minutes. During this time, a walk-in party was seated nearby, greeted, and had their orders taken. Eventually, the floor manager came over. I explained the situation, and he responded that he noticed us waiting, which is why he approached. He offered to move us to a different table and comp our meal. While the gesture was appreciated, we had planned to order a substantial meal, and accepting a free dinner felt inappropriate, as if we were taking advantage of the situation. We declined the offer and chose to leave. Overall, the service did not meet expectations for a special occasion.

   The wagyu and tomahawk steaks were amazing! My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday and it was truly top notch. I loved the way the table was decorated - it made it feel very special and the chocolate truffles at the end were amazing. Every little detail was thought of - truly delightful! Will definitely be back for a special occasion or whenever craving phenomenal steaks! Thank you for making our evening so special.

    Amazing time celebrating two good friends birthdays. The restaurant has two happy birthdays sign already on our table. Making us feel VIP. The server was super friendly too. Excellent food and service.
