   This place is incredible! The vibe, the drinks, the staff, literally EVERYTHING. We sat at the bar and made friends with the bartenders almost instantly. Leo and our homie that also works at the westerner (I’m so sorry I’m forgetting his name, I think it was Brian?) were absolutely remarkable. This place is a must visit.

   I made our reservation online and requested to have a table in the western bar area. We arrived on time and we were given a table next to the elevator and employees closest. We had to walk around a small stag and the bar. We had employees walking back and forth by us that made our experience very uncomfortable. We could not enjoy the western experience at all. On top of that as we were seated we were told we had an hour and a half to be there. A really bad experience overall!

   Went for brunch, which stated the brunch menu was from 12-3 online. Had reservations for 12:30, we get there and they are not serving brunch. Friends and I wanted to try the chicken and waffles, however when we tried to order they said the menu flipped to dinner at 12. If you are not going to uphold your brunch menu or times that needs to be changed. We had to settle for burgers…

   Hi Rasheed, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m really sorry you and your friends came in expecting brunch and were disappointed by the change in menu. It is a new process we started this week, as we will no longer be serving brunch on Saturdays, and only on Sundays. I completely understand how that impacted your visit and made it a frustrating experience. I hope you still enjoyed your experience even without brunch, and you’ll consider giving us another chance on a Sunday to provide the brunch experience you were expecting. Thank you

   It was our first time here, made reservations for a table for 2, when arrived they mentioned our reservation wasn’t valid since I had earlier made a time adjustment to my reservation which was confirmed. They told us we could just stand but wouldn’t have a table. Ended up leaving bad experience

   Flanker has so much potential but get your service together! We were asked three different times if food coming out was ours. It wasn’t. Ordered two different seltzers that were sold out, why offer them then? Food was ok, Service was eh. Better management and this place could be awesome.

   They were only three of us, we ordered water and two cocktails, the water and a single beer came in 20 minutes. Five minutes later, a second beer came that was supposed to come with a lemon drop, which is a special drink item that they have on their menu, the lemon drops showed up another 20 minutes later. The waitress never checked on us once and this restaurant uses runners so nobody can tell me she was busy. The burnt end wedge salad was not edible. The tiny wedge and blue cheese were fine, but the burnt ends with the poorest excuse of a piece of meat I’ve ever had in my life, two of us got the dish and we chewed and chewed and chewed, and it wasn’t possible to swallow the meat. I would never recommend going there for anything but a beer at the bar.

    The drinks were nothing like the description and that was frustrating. We sat there for 20 minutes before being sat and then about 30 minutes before a waitress talked to us. The one entertainment item, the mechanical bull, was broken. Overall disappointing and not worth the money spent.
