   I have been to the Flagstaff House many times in the past, but because of COVID and health issues, I was not able to dine there. I was very shocked to learn that it was a set price of &125 per person for what I believe to be a tasting menu. Therefore the price was high for small tastes of different foods. The Waygu had a heavy peppercorn coating that made my throat tickle resulting in a coughing fit. We had a party of 12 and I was excited for them to experience the view and the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were not impressed with the menu and would rather have ordered of the menu in the conventional way. Until I find out that the restaurant returns to the original menu, I probably won’t return.

   The food was absolutely phenomenal, small but exquisite courses, plenty of little bites between courses. Left feeling full but not overly stuffed. The care and attention to the details by the chef was second to none. The service was absolutely top notch. It’s an expensive place to eat but, for a special event the price was worth it.

   As always, thank you for making our special night a magical experience!! The service was outstanding, everyone from the first valet hello to the last coat check goodbye, the coordinated serving staff, attention to every detail, and superior customer service are completely unmatched. I have food allergies/restrictions and I never worry here. I know I’m safe and in good hands with staff and Chef! Our meal was exquisite, my favorite was the pineapple on heart of palm, and if I were in charge of stars, you would have more! Flagstaff House, it was a perfect night and thank you!!

   Flagstaff House hosted a wonderful evening in support of Imagine!. The food was fabulous, the wine was delightful, and the views were stunning.

   One of the Best meals we’ve had since moving to area last July. The view is to die for but that is only the beginning. Friendly and professional service, outstanding wine list (do wish they offered more by the glass options) and the cuisine is expertly crafted, balanced and delicious. “Chef, I could eat a whole plate of your risotto” hint hint.

   We have been wanting to visit Flagstaff House for years and decided to visit for a special occasion last night. The food and presentation were beyond what I had hoped for! I will be relishing the experience for some time to come.

   A very good meal with lovely and attentive staff. The wine list is quite remarkable and with a knowledgeable sommelier though the mark up seems to be at the higher end of restaurant increases. Some small glitches in service, they spilled one of the amuse bouche on my lap, one course was nicely presented but dishes were placed incorrectly for who had ordered which, a wine was suggested which was no longer available, but with each of these the staff was apologetic and quickly responsive, and each was a small item given how lovely the presentations were and how helpful the servers were.

   Food was excellent. Wine pairing was a little clunky. Poor timing with food. Either wine came out way too early or too late on a few courses. Very small wine pours on each course as well. View is stunning. A very nice night out.

    Loved our celebratory dinner with family at this beautiful restaurant in the foothills above Boulder. The food was delicious, service was impeccable, wine list amazing, and ambiance just right. They did a great job of accommodating for food allergies/preferences.
