   One of the Best meals we’ve had since moving to area last July. The view is to die for but that is only the beginning. Friendly and professional service, outstanding wine list (do wish they offered more by the glass options) and the cuisine is expertly crafted, balanced and delicious. “Chef, I could eat a whole plate of your risotto” hint hint.

   We have been wanting to visit Flagstaff House for years and decided to visit for a special occasion last night. The food and presentation were beyond what I had hoped for! I will be relishing the experience for some time to come.

   A very good meal with lovely and attentive staff. The wine list is quite remarkable and with a knowledgeable sommelier though the mark up seems to be at the higher end of restaurant increases. Some small glitches in service, they spilled one of the amuse bouche on my lap, one course was nicely presented but dishes were placed incorrectly for who had ordered which, a wine was suggested which was no longer available, but with each of these the staff was apologetic and quickly responsive, and each was a small item given how lovely the presentations were and how helpful the servers were.

   Loved our celebratory dinner with family at this beautiful restaurant in the foothills above Boulder. The food was delicious, service was impeccable, wine list amazing, and ambiance just right. They did a great job of accommodating for food allergies/preferences.

   I went to celebrate my birthday and the food was amazing and chef’s choices were on point, overall amazing experience id do it many more times again especially with the snow view.

   Beautiful location and the food is amazing. Attention to detail with every presentation and every person you interact with are professional and warm. The food is definitely worth the money and the whole experience is out of this world.

   My husband and I discovered the Flagstaff House 40 years ago. We recently celebrated a milestone anniversary, and of course, had dinner there. The food was superb; the wait staff, excellent; and the atmosphere, magical. The special touches are uncompromising. We enjoyed every minute.

   From the moment we were greeted by the valet, we were given royal treatment. Truly, everyone who works here appears to love their job and making your night special. We ordered the caviar, but they were out, unfortunately. The beef tartare was our canapé instead, and it was delicious and a true homage to a Reuben. My wife and I enjoyed our cocktails, and then I did the wine pairing with my meal. The sommelier came over and explained the unique history of one of the wines. Our server, Teraab (Ibelieve this was the spelling), was so fantastic. He was so kind, well-informed, and knew how to anticipate our needs but still let us enjoy our date. The hostess, at the end, had my wife's coat warmed up and was also such a friendly employee. The standout foods of the night were the Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, the Hudson Valley duck, and the over-wintered spinach raviolo. We will certainly be back here for our next celebration. The view, service, and food are all top-notch.

   This was a celebration for my sister’s 70th birthday. The service was excellent! I was disappointed in the variations of duck. The leg was quite tough. You can find an excellent duck confit at Twenty Four Carrot in Erie. The poppy seed breakfast cake was a nice touch. Excellent wine choices although the pour was not very generous.

    Classic spot for a special occasion-- this year it was to celebrate :Tax Day" We enjoy the view and the nice variety of foods that may be "familiar"but always have a nice twist to the way they are prepared and served.
