We came in town from Murrieta, CA for my husbands birthday and I was taking him to the Lakers game. We heard about this place from a friend and was told it was right by our hotel. The first day we ate dinner there. I tried oxtails for the first time and baby they were so good. We decided to go back the next day for brunch which was good also. The price for the food was reasonable and the quantity was good. Although the drink prices were a little steep the food made up for that. Next time I’m in La I will be back to try the fired fish I heard about .

The food was amazing, but the service, well, not so much. Entrees are reasonably priced, but the beer is pricey, especially considering their rather limited offerings. It's a very loud venue, difficult to hear conversation across the table. I'd return for the food---maybe preorder and get it to go.
