  Sour farmhouse ale aged with merlot grapes, rose hips & rose petals. .

• Sieben - Vild, Brekeriet, Landskrona, Skåne, Sour - Ale 5.5% ABV

  A barrel aged blond sour ale. Collab with 7venth Sun. .

• Wild West Kriek-Framboos / Cherry-Raspberry, Brouwerij Alvinne, Moen, West-Vlaanderen, Sour - Fruited 6% ABV

  Flemish Sour Ale, fermented with our own wild house yeast strain 'Morpheus'. Barrel aged version of Omega, macerated with Cherries and Raspberries.

• Frucht: Passion Fruit, Bruery Terreux, Anaheim, CA Sour - Berliner Weisse 4.3% ABV

  We're totally Frucht around here. In fact, we may just be filled to the brim, with excitement, that is. Our threshold is 250 BBLs, to be more precise. That's the total capacity of each new oak foeder at Bruery Terreux. One is dedicated exclusively to Frucht, our new series of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our new German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from its fermentation in the large oak foeder vessel. Each installment in the series will feature a new fruit, or Frucht, if we're Sprechen sie Deutsch. This first installment has passion fruit added, which escalates the tartness, tropicality and palate-cleansing prowess of the base beer.

  Fruited with blackberry, black currant, and black cherries. Big fruity aroma with a sharp acidity and earthy well-cellared funk. .

• Florence, Hill Farmstead Brewery, Greensboro, VT Saison / Farmhouse Ale 5.2% ABV

  Florence (1915-1967) was our grandfather's sister, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this Belgian inspired Wheat ale is crafted from American malted barley, Organic Vermont wheat, European and American hops, our distinctive farmhouse yeast and water from our well. It is unfiltered and naturally carbonated. Soft, cloudy, and fresh, this is the ale that I dream to have shared with Florence. .

  Barrel-Aged Wild Sour Ale with Kiwis and Toasted Coconut. .

• MFIPA: Mosaic Brut Paradox Beer Company (Colorado), Divide, CO IPA - Brut 5.8% ABV

  Mixed-Fermentation India Pale Ale (Brut IPA) brewed with Mosaic Hop Lupulin Powder. .

• La Cosecha, Perennial Artisan Ales, St Louis, MO Saison / Farmhouse Ale 6.2% ABV

  We invited our good friend Ron Jeffries from Jolly Pumpkin down to brew a beer with us that encompasses the Missouri Peach harvest. Brewed with Vienna malt, unmalted wheat and flaked oats, this beer went through primary fermentation in stainless steel with a classic Belgian yeast strain. It was then racked into French Oak barrels with a house blend of bacteria and yeast and aged for 9 months. We then racked the mature beer onto 1500 pounds of fresh Missouri Peaches where it rested for 3 additional months, and finally was conditioned naturally in this bottle. .

• Pentagram 2018 Surly Brewing Company, Minneapolis, MN Sour - Ale 7% ABV

  100% Brettanomyces dark beer, fermented in stainless and aged in used red wine barrels. "Brett" is a unique yeast strain that produces flavors that would be offensive if they weren't intentional. Flavors of sour cherry, tobacco, oak, and classic "Brett" barnyard funk, balanced by Dark Munich malt chewiness. Enjoy immediately or age at cellar temperature for a couple years. .

• Le Seul VI (Elderberry) Une Année Brewery, Niles, IL American Wild Ale 6.5% ABV

  Wild ale fermented with elderberries .

Kettle Sour

• Blueberry Provincial Funkwerks, Ft Collins, CO Sour - Ale 4.2% ABV

  Belgian-Style Sour Ale with Blueberries. Notes of lemon and tart blueberries. .

• Berliner Style Weisse Bayerischer Bahnhof Gasthaus & Gosebrauerei, Leipzig, Sour - Berliner Weisse 3.1% ABV

  Huguenots may have originated the style as they traveled through France to Flanders, having first mentioned it in the 1600s. Later, in 1809, Napoleon and his troops identified Berliner Weisse as the "Champagne of the North". He requested the beer be served with syrup to cut its extreme level of acidity. Our interpretation is a slightly softer, more mellow version of the "Berliner Weisse" style with a beautiful balance of tartness, fruitness, and sweetness. .

Spontaneous, Open Fermentation and Lambic

• Oude Lambik Hanssens Artisanaal, Dworp, Vlaams-Brabant, Lambic - Traditional 5% ABV

  Please note the age of the sample you are reviewing when entering your rating. While many factors determine whether you have had "Jonge" or "Oude" Lambik, a general rule of thumb is to enter 1 year-old or older lambik under "Hanssens Oude Lambik" and anything less than 6 months-old under "Hanssens Jonge Lambik". For those between 6 and 12 months of age, you should take in to consideration the character of the lambik. Samples presenting themselves as hazy/cloudy, with some head-formation and residual sugar should be entered as "Jonge Lambik", while those that are drier, higher in clarity and with little/no head formation should be entered as "Oude Lambik". .

Clean Fermentation

• Nightmare Fuel River North Brewery, Denver, CO Stout - Imperial / Double 13.5% ABV

• (Asterisk) Melvin Brewing, Alpine, WY, IPA - Imperial / Double 9% ABV

  2x4's award winning cousin. The * Imperial IPA uses copious amounts of mosaic hops that give this beer strong notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango and berries. Brewed with a blend of northwest 2-row, light crystal, mosaic hops and some stuff you don't even know about. ABV: 9% IBU: 88 .

Cider

• Erraticus 16 Starcut Ciders, Bellaire, MI Cider - Other 6% ABV

  Erraticus 16 is a Dry Wild Cider fermented with Cortland apples and boysenberries. Dark rose in color, this cider carries bright inviting aromas of berries and apple. Boysenberry flavors are prominent, but balanced by the apples with a slight funk. Erraticus 16 is refreshing and crisp with a dry finish. .
